The CineTech 2025 Short Film Festival is a celebration of students’ creativity and critical thinking through digital storytelling. In the 21st century, where media and technology play a major role in communication, this activity encourages learners to use film as a medium for expression, reflection, and information sharing.
Students are given the freedom to explore any genre whether drama, comedy, documentary, romance, or suspense as long as their short film demonstrates their understanding of Media and Information Literacy (MIL) concepts such as responsible media use, truthfulness, ethics, and digital awareness.
Through this festival, students become not just consumers of media but creators of meaningful content that can educate, entertain, and inspire others.
