Creating our Arko for this year’s Bulua competition has truly been a memorable journey for Zone 4 Lower. Despite having limited manpower, we pushed through and gave our best—proving that dedication and unity can make anything possible.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our 𝒁𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝑪𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒔 for being the brain behind this project. This entire concept came from his creativity and leadership, and we are grateful for the direction he gave us.

A huge thank you as well to 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒈 for being active and present throughout the process. Your dedication and support were felt in every stage of this project.

Sugod Lunes hangtod Miyerkules (Nov. 3–5), posibleng makasinati ang Dakbayan ug ubang bahin sa Northern Mindanao og kasarangan hangtod kusog nga pag-ulan (50–100mm/24 oras).

Gi-awhag ug kasamtangan na usab kita nga nakig kutay sa tanan nga BDRRMCs sa matag barangay ug mga residente sa mga baha-unon ug landslide prone areas nga magpabiling alerto ug magpaminaw sa opisyal nga pahimangno.

As of 2:00 PM today, 02 November 2025, Tropical Storm "TINO" {Int'l name "KALMAEGI"} has intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm and is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 10j) is still being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is UNLIKELY to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Mas maayo nga mag andam kita ug 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐆𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐠 nga adunay mga nanag unang kinahanglanon sama sa tubig, pagkaon, tambal, dokumento, ug uban pa.

Dili nato mapugngan ang kalamidad, pero pwede ta mag-andam aron luwas ang atong pamilya. 💚
