On the morning of March 16 2026, the graduation of batch 2025-2026 took place. The IMIS candidates for Graduation and Completer, members of the Faculty and Staff, School Administrators, and Guest Speaker began their processional. The graduation started with an invocation and was led by Jannah D. Andres, followed by the National Anthem that was conducted by Earl Daniel T. Cainoy. Our ever-best school principal, Dr. Vivian Lumictin-Seo, gave her warm words of welcome, welcoming everyone on the day that they will begin their next chapter.

The journey of excellence begins with Felicity Anne D. Palarca, the First Honors recipient of Grade 6. Delivering the Honorary Speech, Felicity embodies the "Elementary Theme" of Glowing Inside. Her role is to bridge the gap between childhood wonder and her address of the "glow." As the ceremony moves into the transition for junior high, the tone shifts toward deep reflection with Nicole Andrea C. Abrogar, the rank 1 achiever of grade 10. Tasked with the Thanksgiving speech, Nicole speaks to the "moving up" experience. This stage of education is often the most transformative, and her speech serves as a collective "thank you" to the parents and mentors who anchored the students during these formative years. By echoing the junior high song, "Thankful." Finally, the salutatory address by Edrian D. Alsola, the first honorable mention of grade 12, provides the mature closure the ceremony requires. As a representative of the senior high school. Edrianโ€™s speech is one of salutation and departure. He carries the weight of the batch song, "Trust in God."

As they bid farewell, they celebrate not just the culmination of years of hard work but the resilience, determination, and dreams that have propelled you forward.
The world awaits your passion, innovative spirit, and leadership. They've proven their ability to adapt, overcome, and excel, which will carry this momentum into the unknown, where opportunities and challenges await. Forge your own paths, stay true to your values, and remember that growth often lies just beyond comfort.

Your unique voices and perspectives are needed now more than ever. May your futures be filled with purpose, growth, and fulfillment. Embrace the journey, stay curious, and never stop believing in yourselves. Congratulations, and best wishes for your next great adventure.

On the morning of March 13, 2026, the graduating students of Grade 6, Grade 12, and the Grade 10 completers of Immanuel Mission International School gathered with their parents, teachers, and school administrators for a meaningful Baccalaureate Service. The service served as a beautiful moment of thanksgiving as the school community celebrated the achievements and journey of the completers and graduates.

The program began with a heartfelt prayer, remembering Godโ€™s faithfulness and the many blessings the students received throughout their years in school. This was followed by uplifting praise and worship songs, creating an atmosphere filled with gratitude and reflection, allowing students and their families to honor Godโ€™s guidance throughout their academic journey.

To inspire the congregation, Reverend Michael James Bellarmino delivered a sermon reminding everyone that education is not only about grades or achievements but also about building character, faith, and integrity. He encouraged the Grade 6 graduates, Grade 12 graduates, and Grade 10 completers to trust in Godโ€™s plan for their future and to carry with them the values of humility, perseverance, and service to others.

Following the sermon, the candle-lighting ceremony took place, accompanied by the song โ€œWe Are.โ€ Each student held a candle, symbolizing hope, faith, and the light they carry into the future. As the music played, the completers and graduates reflected on their experiences, the knowledge they gained, and the dreams they aspire to achieve. The ceremony served as a reminder that they are a community of learners and believers, carrying the light of knowledge, faith, and compassion into the next chapter of their lives.

Another meaningful part of the service was the offering of written wishes or visions. Students wrote their personal dreams, goals, and prayers for the future on pieces of paper. These papers were then placed in a vision jar, symbolizing their hopes and aspirations being entrusted to God.

The most touching and significant highlight of the service was the foot-washing ceremony. During this activity, students humbly washed the feet of their parents as a sign of love, respect, and gratitude. While performing this act, the students also offered heartfelt apologies for the times they may have disappointed or hurt their parents, and they thanked them for their endless support, sacrifices, and guidance. This emotional moment brought tears, smiles, and warm embraces, showing the deep bond between parents and their children and reminding everyone of the importance of honoring family.

Congratulations in advance to all the graduates and completers, as well as to the parents, guardians, teachers, and mentors whose guidance, encouragement, and sacrifices made this achievement possible. To God be all the thanks and glory!

Wednesday morning, we gathered once again for the First Communion of the month, which also marked the last chapel service of the School Year 2025โ€“2026. The days pass quickly, yet every heart beats with the same purposeโ€”to worship Christ our Lord. As we come together in faith and reverence, this moment reminds us to pause, reflect, and remember His sacrifice. Through the sharing of the bread and cup, we unite in gratitude and devotion, honoring the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

To our preacher, Pastor Andrew John, we extend our gratitude for the wisdom he shared from the Lord. Every word he spoke guides us and reminds us of Godโ€™s truth. His message inspires us to strengthen our faith and to live according to the teachings of Christ.

Here in this sacred place, we remember the Word of the Lord. We gather in prayer, reflection, and unity. Through the message and communion, our faith grows stronger, and our hearts turn once more toward God. As the final chapel service of the school year comes to a close, we carry with us the lessons, faith, and inspiration that will guide us beyond the classroom.

On the gleaming night of February 25, 2026, charming lords and ladies from Immanuel Mission International School graced the venue at Xavier Country Club as they celebrated this yearโ€™s Juniorโ€“Senior Promenade with the Biblical theme from James 1:17, โ€œStarlighting Their Journey.โ€

The evening began with a grand opening processional as students walked along the carpet in their elegant gowns and sleek suits, filling the venue with an atmosphere of grace and beauty.

Following the processional, the invocation prayer was led by the IMIS Glee Club, while the singing of the national anthem was led by Lord Kleinth Nathan Mercado. Shortly after, the school principal, Madame Vivian Lumictin Seo, delivered her heartfelt welcome address. In her message, she reminded everyone that, โ€œTrue beauty doesnโ€™t only come from what you wear, but from your character.โ€ Her inspiring words set a meaningful tone for the night.

The program featured splendid performances from each grade level, including lively dances, a graceful cotillion, and captivating musical numbersโ€”a starlight serenade that showcased the brilliance of the studentsโ€™ God-given talents. This was followed by the ceremonial turning-over of responsibilities from the seniors to the juniors, symbolizing the passing of leadership to the next batch of students.

As the seniors prepare to leave and embark on new journeys beyond the school, Lady Shanely Dawn Traboco delivered the Last Will and Testament, sharing heartfelt messages, values, and memories with the school community. This was followed by Lord Joren Helson Casinaoโ€™s Glimpse of the Future, where he shared his vision of what lies ahead, capturing both hope and excitement for the years to come.

One of the most touching highlights of the evening was the candle-lighting ceremony, accompanied by the unity song โ€œWe Areโ€ by Kari Jobe. The moment symbolized unity, shared memories, and the anticipation of future journeys.

As the most awaited part of the evening arrived, the proclamation of the lords and ladies took place, followed by their first dance on the floor, illuminating the night with joy and celebration.

The program concluded with the singing of the IMIS Hymn led by Lady Jandie Rabanes, followed by the closing prayer delivered by Reverend Michael James Belarmino.

Indeed, it was an unforgettable nightโ€”one that marked a meaningful milestone in the school community. The promenade was not only a celebration of friendship and companionship but also a moment of gratitude, recognizing Godโ€™s blessings throughout the studentsโ€™ journey.

On this special day, we celebrate the second anniversary of The Scribesโ€”a milestone that reflects not only the growth of our publication but also the dedication and passion of the people behind it. What started as a vision to give students a platform to express their voices has now become a meaningful part of our school community.

For the past two years, The Scribes has served as a space where stories are discovered, ideas are shared, and creativity continues to flourish. Every article written, every photo taken, and every layout designed represents the hard work of students who believe that journalism is more than a responsibilityโ€”it is a commitment to truth, service, and storytelling. As the editor-in-chief for this school year, I am deeply grateful for everyone who has contributed to this journey. To our moderators, thank you for your patience, wisdom, and constant guidance. Your support has helped shape us into responsible journalists and better individuals. To our student journalists, writers, photographers, layout artists, and contributors, your dedication and teamwork continue to inspire excellence within our publication. The success of The Scribes is a reflection of your passion and perseverance.

This anniversary is not only a celebration of achievements but also a reminder of our mission moving forward. We aim to continue telling stories with integrity, highlighting the voices of our community, and growing together as storytellers who value honesty, professionalism, and compassion. Above all, we thank God for His guidance and blessings throughout these two years. Through every challenge and every success, His presence has remained constant, leading us toward growth and purpose. As we turn another page in our journey, may we continue to write stories that inspire, inform, and bring our community closer together. Happy 2nd Anniversary, The Scribes.

On February 4, 2026, the Immanuel Mission International School (IMIS) community gathered in faith and unity for its first chapel service of the month and Holy Communion. In her message, Reverend Laureano reminded everyone not to let their hearts be troubled nor be afraid. She emphasized that no matter how ๐’…๐’Š๐’‡๐’‡๐’Š๐’„๐’–๐’๐’• lifeโ€™s challenges may be, God remains with us, guiding and strengthening us to overcome every trial. Strengthened by this meaningful time of devotion, the school community moved forward with a renewed commitment to support and uplift one another. In those quiet moments of reflection, the pressures of the week seemed to fade, replaced by a shared sense of faith, peace, and unity.

On January 29 and 30, 2026, Immanuel Mission International School (IMIS) joyfully celebrated its 35th Foundation Day, reflecting on Godโ€™s faithfulness and the journey of faith, learning, and community that has shaped the school throughout the ๐”‚๐“ฎ๐“ช๐“ป๐“ผ.

From worship to celebration, from learning to joyful fellowship, the 35th Foundation Day became a beautiful reflection of Godโ€™s unwavering faithfulness to IMIS.

The celebration began in His presence through a meaningful chapel service, uplifted by the grace and energy of the tambourine dancers. Each grade level showcased their talents through special performances that highlighted unity, creativity, and dedication. The sky then carried hopes and prayers through the balloon releasing โ€” a symbol of dreams entrusted to God.

The campus came alive with vibrant booths filled with creativity and teamwork โ€” from sweet treats and carnival games to refreshing beverages and Filipino favorites like pancit. Exciting sports activities also strengthened camaraderie and school spirit among students.

As the celebration coincided with National Bible Month, the community was reminded that beyond achievements and success, everyone is called to live by Godโ€™s Word. As written in ๐‘ซ๐’†๐’–๐’•๐’†๐’“๐’๐’๐’๐’Ž๐’š 32:47, โ€œ๐‘ญ๐’๐’“ ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’š ๐’‚๐’“๐’† ๐’๐’๐’• ๐’Ž๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ๐’๐’†๐’”๐’” ๐’˜๐’๐’“๐’…๐’” ๐’‡๐’๐’“ ๐’š๐’๐’–, ๐’ƒ๐’–๐’• ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’š ๐’‚๐’“๐’† ๐’š๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’๐’Š๐’‡๐’†.โ€ Through Bible quizzes and faith-centered activities, participants strengthened not only their minds but also their spiritual foundation.

The festivities continued with music, joy, and fellowship during the Youth Jam, where laughter, praise, and unity filled the evening โ€” a true reflection of IMIS as one family in Christ.

For 35 years, IMIS has remained rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose. As the school moves forward, it continues its mission โ€” to shape lives, build character, and glorify God in all that it does.

On January 14, 2025, Immanuel Mission International School (IMIS) conducted its 3rd Quarter Reading of Honors, recognizing students for their hard work, perseverance, and academic excellence.

The achievements celebrated during the ceremony are the result of the dedication and effort each student has consistently shown. The certificates awarded serve not only as recognition of perseverance but also as encouragement for students to continue striving for excellence and aiming even higher. They remind us to keep visualizing the bright future ahead and to use it as motivation to do greatโ€”and even greaterโ€”things. What we once thought was impossible is now within our reach. With determination, faith, and the guidance of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are assured that He will lead us toward a purposeful future.

Earlier that morning, the IMIS community gathered for a chapel service titled โ€œStudying with a Purpose,โ€ preached by Pastora Claudine Taray. The message emphasized the importance of having clear goals, discipline, and faith in oneโ€™s academic journey, reminding students that studying is not only for personal success but also for fulfilling Godโ€™s purpose in their lives.

Well done, IMIS students! We have successfully completed the second-to-the-last quarter and are now entering the final stretch of the school year. As we move forward into our last quarter, may God bless our efforts. Let us continue to give our very best in everything we do.

On January 7, 2026, Immanuel Mission International School (IMIS) conducted its first chapel service and Holy Communion of the year.

During the service, the congregation partook of the bread and wine, symbolizing the body and blood of Jesus Christ offered for the forgiveness of sins. The Word of God was preached by Rev. Sofia Mae Laureano, with the sermon entitled โ€œChrist at the Cross.โ€

The message reminded the school community that Jesus Christ is not only our sacrifice but also our perfect High Priest. Rev. Laureano emphasized this truth by citing Hebrews 7:26, which states, โ€œSuch a high priest truly meets our needโ€”one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.โ€

The chapel service marked a meaningful spiritual beginning for the IMIS community as the new year commenced.

Immanuel Mission International School successfully conducted its Career Guidance Program on December 15, 2025, held from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, where the grade 10 students proudly wore the uniforms of the professions they aspire to pursue in the future.

The remarkable program started with an Opening Prayer led by Ms. Zenith Panimdim and the singing of the National Anthem by Ms. Quenie Laylay.

The program continued by the Job vs. Career Activity facilitated by the IMIS teachers, which helped students understand the difference between short-term employment and long-term career goals. This activity encouraged students to reflect on their personal interests, skills, and aspirations. This was further enriched by the SHS Encounters, where teachers shared their personal experiences, challenges, and lessons learned during their SHS journey, along with practical tips for success.

One of the highlights of the event was the Career Parade, where students proudly showcased costumes representing the professions they dream of pursuing. This activity allowed students to creatively express their career goals while inspiring their peers through confidence and imagination.

The program was also followed by the Career Guidance lecture, led by the Academic Supervisor, Ms. Claudine Taray, provided students with important information about the different SHS tracks and strands, guiding them in making informed decisions for their next academic stage.

The event concluded with the Closing Remarks by Ms. Chesie Binayao and a Closing Prayer led by Mr. Jeric Ambaco, followed by a Photo Opportunity to commemorate the event.

Overall, the Career Guidance Program empowered students with knowledge, clarity, and motivation as they begin shaping their future paths. The event aimed to open doors, spark dreams, and guide our learners in choosing the paths where their skills, passions, and purpose can truly shine.

On the morning of December 10, the day was filled with warmth and enthusiasm as we partook in the communion service led by Reverend Czar Macarambon, who delivered the Word of Godโ€”a faithful and enduring message to each and every one. It was a day to once again remember the sacrifices Jesus Christ made for all people. The worship was truly powerful, with voices singing in unison to praise the sovereign Lord
