Pero girl, guess what? She slept the whole flight! 🙌 One and a half hours lang pero nakahinga kami, haha!

Before boarding, breastfeeding kami sa gate tapos nung takeoff, milk drunk si baby kaya deadma sa cabin pressure! 😍

Siyempre, checked in with our pedia before the trip—her best tip? Just breastfeed! Worked like magic! 💫

Hey, guys! 🌟

Today, I had a lovely day out with my little one, all while baby wearing! 😍 It wasn’t an easy start—finding the perfect baby wearing gear was a bit of a struggle at first!

But now, we’re not yet wearing shoes, as per pedia’s advice to help encourage LOs development and sense of balance.

Embracing this new normal is such a cozy way to bond while exploring the world together!

Today, we had a fun late morning stroll with baby in the carrier —medyo masilaw na nga, pero okay lang! 😅

Ang saya na kahit busy, pwede pa rin mag-enjoy kasama si baby. Nung una kala ko diko kaya isama sya sa labas ALONE kasi what if umiyak sya ng malakas baka sabihn ng "iba ano ba namang nanay yan!"

Just keep trying one day at a time, and don’t forget to stay hydrated. 💦👶🏻

Today, I managed to sneak in an early morning jog, kahit na I know hindi ako super consistent. 😝

I totally get how hard it is to find time for ourselves as moms. Pero, don’t stress too much—kahit maliit na effort, okay lang yan. Ang importante, keep hydrated and just do what you can! 💪✨

To all the amazing moms out there, you're doing awesome! Every little step for self-care is worth celebrating.

Hello mga mi! Kwento ko lang no… sabi ng pedia namin sya daw 3x a day nya pinapakain yung bebe nya para daw kahit konti lang makain every eating time ok lang eh kasi tatlong beses naman sa isang araw. Kasabay din pala namin si bebe kumain— breakfast, lunch, dinner 🍽️🍽️

Ang menu for tonight ay fresh strawberries from pears and zucchini from The Marketplace

How did we do it?
We used Bollie Baby food masher para i mash ang pears with strawberries tapos we also use yung crinkle cutter from Bollie baby to cut the zucchini, strawberry, and pear!

Ayun lang! Magulo ba ako mag kwento? 😅 Let me know sa comment section if may question kayo mga mi!!

What should your baby look like in the carrier? Ok lang bang nakabukaka si baby?

Contrary to what others think, yes - ganito po ang itsura ng bata sa loob ng carrier. Bakit ganito? Because this is the most ergonomic and comfortable position they are in. Notice that when you wear your baby, BUONG PWET NIYA ANG NAKASAPO. Hindi tulad ng ibang carrier na nakasabit sila sa singit, these ergonomic carriers act like a hammock, supporting the baby's bum from knee to knee, and their whole back.

When in doubt, ask yourself: san ba ko mas komportable as a person, sa nakaduyan yung buong pwet, o nakasabit ako sa singit? ;)

Also, yes - this is the proper height to babywear your little one!

Hi mga mi! Kumsta? Share ko lang plate of the day namin!

Dahil nga starting solids pa lang kami meron pa din kaming mashed component sa plate namin. Mainly dahil takot pa din ako na baka ma choke si bebe 😣 before nga pala kami nag start ng solids nag wait kami ng go signal from our pedia na pwede na (mas mabuti ng sure!). As a first time mom grabe pala ang pressure to do things no?

“Hala 6 months na yan pakainin na yan ng inihaw na bituka ng manok para di mapili sa pagkain”

“Painomin nyo na yan ng tubig kawawa naman yung bata”

“Sige sundin nyo yang doktor nyo! Gutumin nyo ang bata”

Haaay! And many more litanyas from kanikanino! Nakaka stress mga miii! Pero ikaw ang nakakaalam kung ready na ba ang bebe mo or hindi so follow your instincts, mama ka na! Be confident and if di alam ang gagawin, ask your pediatrician!

Balik tayo sa plato of the day! 😆
Yung plate na gamit namin today ay from SM CDO Downtown Baby Company ! Skl ito ang first ever plate namin and si far we love it 🫶

Love ni bebe and mashed avocado with breast milk- mainly siguro dahil may bmilk? Di ko din sure pero naubos nya! Di pala namin sya sinusubuan. Nilalagyan namin yung spoon nya and we let her pick it up at isubo OR if ayaw naman nya isubo, nilalagay namin sa hands nya and we let her eat at her own pace!

Feeling ko dami ko na sinabi wahaha kung may tanong ka mi, comment mo lang dito and I will try my best to answer!

Di ako BLW expert ha… isa lang din akong nanay na fini-figure out ang ways of motherhood! Tara samahan nyo kami! Thanks mi!
