Bitaog Beach is a beautiful beach in Basilisa, Dinagat Islands, known for its powdery white sand, clear waters, and coconut trees. It is located on Unib Island, locally known as Lalaking Bukid.

What makes it worth visiting:

🛶 Boating/kayaking are among the activities associated with the beach

According to a 2024 PNA report, Bitaog Beach is about a 7-minute boat ride from Don Ruben Port in San Jose. Reported boat prices at that time were roughly ₱4,000–₱5,000 for a 10-seater or ₱7,000–₱8,000 for a 30-seater, but these are older figures and should be verified locally before traveling.

Travel note: Dinagat Islands declared a state of calamity in August 2026 because of a severe water crisis, so it's especially important to check current local conditions before visiting.
