PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College marked another milestone with the groundbreaking of its future Phase 2 building at the PHINMA COC Puerto Campus in Barangay Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City.
The new six-story building will have 24 classrooms and can accommodate around 1,200 additional students โ creating more opportunities for students in Puerto and nearby communities to access college education closer to home.
From one campus in Carmen, PHINMA COC has now grown into a four-campus network across Northern Mindanao, with campuses in Puerto, Carmen, Iligan, and soon in Butuan.
Beyond campus expansion, PHINMA COC continues to strengthen student support through the Hawak Kamay (HK) Scholarship program, lower all-in fees for incoming freshmen this School Year 2026โ2027, and programs that support working students and student success.
Enrollment for School Year 2026โ2027 is ongoing. Classes officially begin on July 6, 2026.
