At the moment, I pause my Malawi trip.
This post is about what happened the last few days when a group of Filipinos were being rude to the other small group of Filipinas in Iseltwald, Switzerland.

Iseltwald in Switzerland is a well-known filming location for the drama of “Crash Landing on You.”
A picturesque village on the southern shore of the turquoise Lake Brienz.

Before, the access to the jetty was free. The municipality of Iseltwald started charging an entrance fee for the famous jetty in spring 2023. The reason is to manage large crowds and pay for maintenance after the dock went viral from the K-drama “Crash Landing on You.”

You have to queue up and wait for your turn and expect the long wait. Some tourists stay a short time while others takes a long time for taking photo/video of themselves.
If you don’t have a patience to wait, you better go at the side where it’s free and you can still have that jetty and the mountain view across the lake background of your photo or video.
You don’t have to be rude or say something sarcastic words loudly to others who patiently waited and finally their turn the opportunity to take their memorable photos/videos on that famous jetty.

Be respectful to others no matter where they came from when you are travelling and be respectful to the country where you would like to visit. “
