Provisional Rules of The Inaugural 2026 IR Phil Endurance Championships (IPEC)

Get Ready for a new epic IR racing emotion this 2026!

1. Entry to IPEC

Maximum 22 Permanent Entry Bikes will be accepted by application .

- All Accepted Teams must comply with all safety, race operation and commercial rules of IPEC

2. 2026 Events

ALL rounds will be held at the home of Philippine motorcycle circuit racing Tarlac Circuit Hill

Round 1 = TARLAC 3 Hours
Round 2 = PILIPINAS 3 Hours
Round 3 = TARLAC 4 Hours
* ALL LEGS will also feature 1 hour Phil Maxi Ironman Event.

3. Technical and Race Rules

- Machines will use SSP200 Machine rules
- Strict permanent bike number assigment and colors
- Strict motorcycle neat appearance/graphics to be followed to start.
- Minimum 3 pitstops for rider change and fuel
( max liters per pitstop will be set by IR as well as fuelling procedures )
- Each Team will be assigned own Pitstop box on pitlane
- Each Entry must have min 3 Uniformed Mechanics with prescribed lighweight helmets
- Races will have Le Mans style start
- Safety Car rules will be implemented
- 1 set of Official Tire (No tire Change)
- Headlights are required
- All events will end under the lights at 7 PM.

4. Race Awards

- For Top 3 Overall National IPEC Podium
2 rider Team (Max. 1 GP rider & Min 1 Nov rider) Note Beginners not allowed in IPEC.
Max 1 international rider allowed per team

- For Special Top Finisher Awards (must be at least 2 teams entry in each class)
a. All Women's IPEC
b. Juniors IPEC ( 2 Nov Riders from HPDC or R15 Blu Cru riders)
c. Top Overall Team Championship
d. Top Overall Manufacturer Championship

5. IPEC National Championships Pts
- All event starters will get 10 points
- Teams completing 50% of laps of winners by the end of each race will get additional 10 pts
- Additional Race finishing pts based on Top 15 finish
- The Finale Tarlac 4 hrs event will have x 1.25 mutiplier
