👉Day 1 – Full Body Strength

Jumping jacks – 1 min (warm-up)

Push-ups – 3 sets of 10–15

Bodyweight squats – 3 sets of 15–20

Glute bridges – 3 sets of 20

Plank – 3 sets of 30–60 sec

Stretch – 5 mins

👉Day 2 – Lower Body (Glutes & Legs Focus)

Squat pulses – 3 sets of 15

Walking lunges – 3 sets of 12 (each leg)

Glute kickbacks – 3 sets of 15 (each leg)

Wall sit – 3 sets of 30–60 sec

Calf raises – 3 sets of 20

Optional: add backpack for squats/lunges

Stretch – 5 mins

👉Day 3 – Rest or Active Recovery

Light stretching or walking

Yoga or mobility exercises (15–20 mins)

👉Day 4 – Upper Body & Core

Push-ups – 3 sets of 10–20

Triceps dips (on chair) – 3 sets of 12–15

Superman (back) – 3 sets of 20

Plank shoulder taps – 3 sets of 30 sec

Russian twists – 3 sets of 20 (10 each side)

Stretch – 5 mins

👉Day 5 – Glutes & Abs Focus

Glute bridges – 3 sets of 20

Single-leg glute bridges – 3 sets of 12 each leg

Fire hydrants – 3 sets of 15 each side

Reverse crunches – 3 sets of 15

Leg raises – 3 sets of 15

Plank – 1 min hold

Stretch – 5 mins

👉Day 6 – Full Body Burn + Cardio

Jump squats – 3 sets of 10

Burpees – 3 sets of 8–10

Mountain climbers – 3 sets of 30 sec

Chair dips – 3 sets of 15

Bicycle crunches – 3 sets of 20

Cool down & stretch

👉Day 7 – Rest Day

Full rest or gentle walking/stretching
