RadTech Week 2026 officially commenced at the Old Library Admin Building of Calamba Doctorsโ College, highlighting the departmentโs spirit of leadership, unity, and adaptability. The celebration opened with a Symposium and Inspirational Message, where guest speakers shared valuable insights into the professional landscape of Radiologic Technology, emphasizing the resilience, dedication, and commitment required as students prepare to enter the healthcare field.
The program also recognized academic excellence through the Awarding of First Semester Deanโs Listers, followed by the Send-Off Ceremony honoring graduating students as they take the next step toward their professional careers. To conclude the opening day, the RadTech community gathered at the courts for the Volleyball and Basketball Championships, showcasing not only athleticism and sportsmanship, but also the strong camaraderie shared among students. Day 1 served as a reminder that growth in this field extends beyond academics, shaping both character and leadership.
The momentum of RadTech Week continued on Day 2 as students participated in a series of academic, strategic, and physical challenges designed to strengthen teamwork and collaboration. The day opened with Group Yells and Team Games, where participants displayed coordination, creativity, and school spirit. The competition then shifted into a test of knowledge through the Pop Quiz, followed by the Amazing Race, which challenged teams to solve problems and overcome obstacles across the campus grounds.
Meanwhile, in the digital arena, Online Warriors dominated the battlefield through intense CODM and MLBB matches, demonstrating tactical thinking, communication, and precision under pressure. These activities reflected the versatility of the RadTech community, balancing intellectual ability, physical endurance, and teamwork.
Altogether, the first two days of RadTech Week 2026 became a celebration of excellence, resilience, and unity, proving that the department continues to thrive not only in academics, but also in leadership, sportsmanship, and collective spirit.
