Really, how are you?
Kc diba? We usually say we're fine, we're OK. kahit na hindi naman?
I understand na minsan, hindi lang natin gustong pahabain yung usapan, nor we don't want to make drama out of How are you question.
If you've read this far, baka hindi ka talaga ok.?
Mentally or emotionally? Kung anu man yan, your Feelings is Valid!!

If you think you can't open up with anyone, give yourself a favor.
Get a pen and paper.
Write out everything in your mind, every emotion you feel, those worries that you have, those people bothering you and if kaya include why, as in lahat.
Pag nalabas mo na lahat.
After 1 space Lagyan mo naman - Things I'm thankful for.
Top of mind lang, Top 3, simple things that you can categorize as something you are thankful for today.
Then read what you've written.
Do you feel any change with your mood?
I will not give you any next step yet. Kasi I want you to feel the magic in journaling.
I personally write down things, like my dreams, goals, aspirations, hatred, anger, prayers, lahat. Why? When I journal, it lessens any negative feelings I had, and it multiply the effect of all the good things I'm thankful for.
