May this September be gentle with you. 🤍

May you find peace in places you least expect, healing in ways you didn’t know you needed, and little reasons to smile along the way.

Here’s to softer days, quiet wins, genuine connections, and choosing yourself a little more. 🌧️✨

May September be kind to us. 🫶🏻

Monday survival kit: coffee, spreadsheets, and the hope that 5PM comes quickly. 😂☕️

My easy homemade iced coffee:

☕️ 1 shot espresso
🥛 milk
🤎 sweetener
🧊 Lots of ice

Nothing complicated—just a little morning ritual before corporate girl mode kicks in.

Sometimes, the little things make the workweek feel a little more bearable. 🤍

What’s your Monday survival ritual?

Working from home has its perks—but it’s far from perfect.

Some days are packed with back-to-back meetings. Other days, my pets decide they’re the most important item on my calendar.

I’ve stopped chasing the idea of a perfectly productive day. Instead, I focus on creating a routine that lets me do my best at work while still making time for the life I enjoy after logging off.

This is what a realistic remote work day looks like for me—coffee, meetings, unexpected pet interruptions, and ending the day with the people (and paws) that matter most. 🤍

If you work from home too, what’s the best part of your workday?

🇹🇼 10 things I loved about Taiwan after my first trip 🥹🤍

Ending my Taiwan trip series by sharing the little things that made me fall in love with the country — from how easy it is to get around, to the food, nature, kind people, and that overall feeling that makes you want to come back.

And yes, the EasyCard deserves its own spot. 😂💳

I finally understand why so many people keep coming back to Taiwan. Maybe once really isn’t enough. 🇹🇼✨

HOW MUCH DID OUR 5-DAY TAIWAN TRIP ACTUALLY COST? 🇹🇼💸

Honestly… I admit our trip was a bit on the expensive side. 😂

We wanted to try as much as we could, splurge on food a little, visit different places, and just enjoy the trip without constantly trying to stick to the cheapest option.

We also booked our hotel a little late, which probably didn’t help with the accommodation cost. 🫢

BUT — this doesn’t mean you need ₱61K to travel to Taiwan!

There are definitely cheaper options out there, especially if you:

🏨 Book your accommodation earlier
🍜 Mix budget eats with a few splurge meals
🚇 Plan your transportation efficiently
🎟️ Choose only the attractions you really want to visit
✈️ Find a good airfare deal

Once we were in Taiwan, we actually found food and public transportation relatively easy to budget for.

So think of this as our real-life trip cost, not a fixed Taiwan travel budget. 🫶

We spent more because we wanted to experience more. 🇹🇼✨

📌 Save this if you’re planning your own Taiwan trip!

And check out our 5-Day Taiwan Itinerary on my profile for the actual route we followed.

5 DAYS IN TAIWAN 🇹🇼✈️ — our actual itinerary

Sharing our complete Taiwan itinerary 🫶

Here’s what we managed to do:

📍 Day 1: Taipei + Tamsui
📍 Day 2: Yehliu + Shifen + Jiufen + Ximending
📍 Day 3: Taipei Zoo + Maokong + CKS Memorial Hall
📍 Day 4: Taipei 101 + Wulai + Raohe Night Market
✈️ Day 5: Taipei → Manila

But here’s the honest part:

Would we do this exact itinerary again? Honestly, no. 😅

We had to squeeze everything into 5 days because of a family emergency that changed our original plans. So while we managed to visit a LOT, it was definitely a packed trip.

If we could do it again, we’d slow down, leave more buffer time, and spend more time enjoying each place instead of trying to fit everything in. 🤍

Still, we’re grateful we got to experience Taiwan — even if the trip didn’t go exactly as planned. 🇹🇼

Planning your own Taiwan trip? Save this as a reference, but don’t feel like you have to copy everything! 📌

And if you’ve been to Taiwan, what should we add—or skip—next time? 👀

Everything we ate in Taiwan 🇹🇼🍜

One thing about traveling to Taiwan… we were definitely there to eat. 😂🇹🇼

From local breakfast and night markets to Michelin-recognized spots, Xiao Long Bao, Castella cake and random snacks we found along the way — here’s everything we tried during our trip.

Some were great, some were just okay, but honestly, that’s part of the fun of traveling. 🥹

My personal favorites: Gua Bao, Xiao Long Bao, Taiwanese Fried Chicken and Chicken Wing Stuffed with Rice 🤤

Save this for your Taiwan food trip! 📌🇹🇼
