But delay doesn’t mean denial.

Struggle is unavoidable. It just shows up in different disguises.

You can sweat in the gym or struggle with your health.

You can grind to build wealth or stress about bills forever.

You can put in the effort to nurture love or face the ache of loneliness.

Either way, there’s a price to pay.

The question is whether your effort moves you closer to freedom or traps you deeper in regret.
