Dreams took flight during our Career Guidance Day! ✨ Learners came with enthusiasm and pride, dressed as future doctors, engineers, police officers, soldiers, nurses, teachers, flight attendants, pilots, attorneys, astronauts, painters/artists, and chefs — showcasing the many dreams they hold in their hearts.

The highlight of the day was an inspiring Career Talk led by Mrs. Hazel M. Tumambac, who shared wisdom and guidance to help our learners understand the importance of preparing for their chosen paths. Her words ignited passion, encouraged determination, and reminded everyone that with perseverance and hard work, every dream is within reach.

Our school successfully conducted the 4th Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session with the theme 'Culturally Responsive Teaching: Promoting Inclusion and Diversity'. The session was meaningfully facilitated by Ms. Genalyn C. Abolizo, Teacher III, who shared valuable insights and strategies on creating classrooms that honor culture, embrace diversity, and celebrate the uniqueness of every learner.

Through this LAC, our teachers were empowered to develop teaching practices that not only enhance learning but also promote respect, equity, and belonging. Truly, education becomes more impactful when it reflects the richness of cultures and the strength of inclusivity.

Safety first, always! 🏫🌍 Our school actively participated in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2025, strengthening our preparedness and readiness in times of emergencies. Through this activity, learners, teachers, and school personnel were reminded of the importance of vigilance, discipline, and unity during disasters.

Last August 30, 2025 Maunong Elementary School successfully conducted its Gender and Development (GAD) Training with the theme “Empowering Voices, Breaking the Silence: A GAD Seminar on Ending VAWC” held at Bakasyunan Resort, Tanay, Rizal. This activity strengthened awareness and commitment to promoting gender equality and ending violence against women and children (VAWC).
