I am reaching out on behalf of my sister, Karol Rose Sapungan Sales, a 30-year-old from Lumang Bayan, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, who is bravely fighting for her life after being diagnosed with a high-grade astrocytic brain tumor (Grade 4). This aggressive form of brain cancer requires urgent and ongoing treatment—including brain surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, medicines, lab tests, and hospital stays—that our family simply cannot afford.

Despite the immense pain and challenges she faces, Karol remains strong and hopeful. Our family is doing everything possible to support her, but the financial burden has become overwhelming.
