KATSEYE (์บฃ์ธ ์์ด) is a 6-member K-pop-inspired international girl group under Geffen Records and HYBE. They were formed through the survival show The Debut: Dream Academy and debuted on June 28, 2024 with their first single โDebutโ from their first EP, SIS (Soft is Strong).
Group Name Meaning: A catโs eye is a gemstone that is iridescent in color. The different colors within the gemstone represent the uniqueness of each member. The idea to change the โCโ to a โKโ was Laraโs idea, to make the name look cooler.
