7 gramo ng Shabu huli ang isang tulak.

Calapan City – Huli sa akto ang isang lalaki sa ikinasang buy bust operation ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) SOU 4B sa pangunguna ni PLt. Tristan A. Ambata sa ilalim ng pamamahala ni Commander PCol. Dionisio D. Bonoy, kasama sa naturang operasyon ang RPDEU 4B, atCalapan City Police Station, nito lamang Agosto 20, 2025 ganap na 8:30 ng gabi sa Barangay Lumang Bayan, Lungsod ng Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.

Ang suspek ay si alyas LAKE, 48 taong gulang, may asawa, walang trabaho at residente ng nasabing Brgy.

Samantala, ang naarestong suspek ay pinaalam sa kanyang mga karapatan sa konstitusyon sa dialektong Tagalog. Dagdag pa dito, ang mga pagmamarka, pagkuha ng mga litrato, at imbentaryo ay isinagawa sa lugar ng operasyon sa harap ng Elected Brgy.Official at Media Representative.

Matapos makabili ang poseur buyer kay LAKE na illegal na droga, agad itong dinakip. Nakuha sa suspek ang Isang (1) pirasong heat – sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaghihinalaang Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (SHABU), may tinatayang bigat na MOL 5 gramo. Mayroon pa din na itong Isang (1) pirasong heat – sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaghihinalaang Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (SHABU), ang tinatayang bigat na MOL 2 gramo. Dagdag pa, ang tinantyang bigat ng nasamsam/nakumpiskang ilegal na droga ay MOL 7gramo na may Standard Drug Price (SDP) na nagkakahalaga ng Php 47,600.00

Kasama sa nakuha sa suspek ang Isang (1) pirasong Genuine One Thousand Peso Bill mayroon serial no.AR4216139 at labing anim (16) pirasong boodle money; Isang (1) yunit ng Cellphone Infinix kulay itim; Isang (1) pirasong leather wallet kulay itim; at Isang (1) pirasong Driver License ID.

Sa inisyal na imbestigasyon si “LAKE” ay matagal ng sinusubaybayan ng PDEG dahil sa kanya umanong pagbebenta ng ilegal na droga sa nabanggit na lugar, mayroon pa umanong mga bumibili sa suspek na taga ibang lugar sa Lungsod.

Kasong paglabag sa Seksyon 5 at Seksyon 11 Art. II ng RA 9165, o mas kilala bilang “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”, ang isasampang kaso laban sa suspek.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) are cautioning the public against the proliferation of “Thuoc Lao”, locally known as “Tuklaw” ci******es in the streets.

PDEA Director General Undersecretary Isagani R Nerez issued the warning in light of the Agency’s laboratory findings on the cigarette indicating the presence of ni****ne and synthetic cannabinoid designed to mimic the effects of ma*****na but more potent and dangerous. When used, “Tuklaw” smokers may experience psychotic episodes and hallucinations.

Grabbing the public’s attention lately were the news reports showing several teenagers, after puffing “Tuklaw” ci******es, manifested seizure-like symptoms characterized by brief, shock-like body jerks and twitches.

“Thuoc Lao” is a to***co plant grown in the mountains of Northern Vietnam. Locally, it can either be smoked or chewed as part of their rituals. The traditional way of smoking the to***co is using a pipe called a bamboo b**g. The ni****ne content of “Thuoc Lao” can reach as high as nine percent compared to the ordinary ci******es which has an average of one to three percent only.

“These deadly ci******es laced with synthetic cannabinoid are obviously smuggled goods and reportedly sold online. PDEA warns the public not to patronize “Tuklaw” because of the serious health risks involved. To all the parents, please advise your children not to even try it”, the PDEA Chief said. “Be also wary of individuals who practice shotgun smoking, or forcibly blowing “Tuklaw” fumes into another person’s mouth who then inhales it”, he added.

After performing confirmatory tests using Gas Chromatograph – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) that determined the presence of synthetic cannabinoid in “Tuklaw” ci******es, the PDEA Laboratory Service also sought the assistance of international and domestic forensic laboratories to establish a definitive result.

From a regulatory control standpoint, the PDEA and DDB intend to initiate the necessary process to consider the scheduling and classification of the synthetic cannabinoid as a dangerous drug, following the legal mechanisms provided under Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and DDB Regulation No. 1, Series of 2014 on the Classification, Reclassification, Inclusion, and Rescheduling of Dangerous Drugs, Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals.

It is integral to emphasize that in the process of classifying, reclassifying, scheduling, or rescheduling substances under regulatory control, the DDB and PDEA adhere to evidence-based and multi-criteria assessment. Parameters such as documented seizure data, reports of diversion and abuse, international control status, and legitimate industrial, cultural, or pharmaceutical applications are thoroughly reviewed. These serve as critical benchmarks in determining whether a substance poses risks that warrant its regulation under existing drug control policies. This process ensures that appropriate safety nets and regulatory safeguards are put in place to mitigate health and social harms, especially in cases where there are observed gaps in the current regulatory framework for emerging substances like synthetic cannabinoids.

“Both agencies will likewise engage with concerned sectors, public health experts, and relevant government agencies, including the Department of Health, National Bureau of Investigation and the Food and Drug Administration, to ensure that any resulting policy measure is comprehensive, balanced, and implementable”, said DDB Chairman Secretary Oscar F Valenzuela.

“The ultimate intention is to safeguard the welfare and interest of the general public against the threats and dangers of potentially addictive and harmful substances, such as synthetic cannabinoids”, the DDB Chairman concluded.

Calapan City – Arestado ang isang Elected Barangay Official sa isang buy – bust operasyon na isinagawa ng Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit (RPDEU) sa pangunguna ni PLTCOL ISRAEL CISCO T. MAGNAYE nito lamang Hulyo 28, 2025 dakong 5:13 ng umaga sa Brgy. San Vicente North, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.

Kabilang sa naturang operasyon ang mga sumusunod na ahensya Calapan CPS, TSC RMFB, PDEG 4B, at PDEU RO na may COC # 10006 – 072025 – 0142 PDEA 4B, kasama din ang Brgy. Kagawad at Media Representative bilang isolating witnesses.

Kinilala ang suspek sa alyas RICHIE, 44 taong gulang, walang asawa, driver, halal na opisyal ng Brgy. at residente ng Poblacion II, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.

Ang suspek na si Richie ay agad na dinakip matapos makabili ang poseur buyer ng Isang (1) pirasong naka heat sealed transparent plastic sachet naglalaman ng white crystalline substance na pinaghihinalan na “SHABU”, ito ay nilagyan ng markang RGR BI BRGY. SAN VICENTE NORTH 07 – 28 -25 AM na may pirma.

Maliban sa nabili kay Richie, mayroon din nakuha sa suspek na Isang (1) pirasong naka heat sealed transparent plastic sachet naglalaman ng white crystalline substance na pinaghihinalan na “SHABU”, ito ay nilagyan ng markang RGR1 BI BRGY. SAN VICENTE NORTH 07 – 28 -25 AM na may pirma, may bigat na humigit kulang sa 1.3 gramo at tinatayang may street value na humigit kulang sa Php 8,840.00; Isang (1) tunay na Php. 1,000.00 na ginamit bilang blottered / marked money na may serial number M2148857. Isinama na din ang sasakyan gamit ni Richie Isang (1) yunit ng Foton Mini Bus na may plate number NBJ 7751, ito ay nilagyan ng marka bilang RGR2 BI BRGY. SAN VICENTE NORTH 07 – 28 -25 AM na may pirma.

Base sa unang imbestigasyon ng RPDEU ang suspek ay matagal ng minamanmanan dahil sa mga ilegal na gawin nito, dahil na din umano sa reklamo ng mga residente sa lugar ni Kagawad.
Samantala, si Richie ay nasa kustodiya ng Calapan CPS, habang ang dalawang (2) pirasong pinaghihinalaang “SHABU” ay naiturned over na sa PDEA MIMAROPA. Ang suspek ay sasampahan ng kasong Paglabag sa Sec. 5 at 11 ng Art.II ng R.A. 9165.

Calapan City – Arestado ang isang lalaki sa ikinasang buy bust operation ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) SOU 4B sa pangunguna ni PLt. Tristan A. Ambata sa ilalim ng pamamahala ni Commander PCol. Dionisio D. Bonoy, kasama din sa naturang operasyon ang RPDEU 4B, PDEA ORMIN, at Calapan City Police Station, nito lamang Hulyo 24, 2025 ganap na 8:55 ng gabi sa Barangay San Antonio, Lungsod ng Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.
Kinilala ang suspek na si alyas SENDO, 38 taong gulang, binata, walang permanenteng trabaho at residente ng nasabing Brgy.

Nakuha sa suspek ang Isang (1) pirasong heat – sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaghihinalaang Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (SHABU), ang tinatayang bigat ng nasamsam/nakumpiskang ilegal na droga ay MOL 5 gramo na may Standard Drug Price (SDP) na nagkakahalaga ng Php34,000.00.

Kasama sa nakuha sa suspek ang Isang (1) pc na puting mailing envelope na naglalaman ng labinsiyam (19) na piraso ng boodle money na may Isang (1) tunay na One Thousand Peso Bill na may Serial No. DN127259; One (1) unit Keypad Cellphone Itel kulay skyblue; at One (1) unit Keypad Cellphone Qnet kulay itim.

Calapan City – Kalaboso ang isang lalaki sa ikinasang buy bust operation ng PNP Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) Special Operation Unit (SOU) 4B sa pamamahala ni Commander PCOL. DIONISIO BONOY at ang operasyon ay pinangunahan ni PLT TRISTAN A AMBATA, kasama ang RPDEU 4B sa pangunguna ng PLTCOL ISRAEL CISCO MAGNAYE, PDEA Ormin at Calapan City Police Station. Ang naturang operasyon ay nangyari sa Sitio Buton, Brgy. San Antonio, Lungsod ng Calapan bandang 11:23 ng umaga nito lamang Hunyo 11, 2025., na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto kay alyas “AJ”, nasa listahan ng HVI/TOP ng PDEA Ormin at subject sa COPLAN “Kamandag” ng yunit na ito, lalaki, 57 taong gulang, walang asawa, mangingisda at residente ng sabing Brgy.

Nasamsam mula sa suspek ang mga sumusunod; isang (1) pc. heat sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman pa ng isang (1) pc. scrap paper; isang (1) pc. bounded packing tape, at isang (1) pc. heat sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaniniwalaang “SHABU” (Subject of Sale); isang (1) pc. head sealed transparent karagdagang naglalaman ng isang (1) pc. scrap paper at isang (1) pc. heat sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaniniwalaang shabu (subject of sale); dalawang (2) pcs. heat sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng puting crystalline substance na pinaniniwalaang shabu (subject of sale). Isang (1) pc. na puting mailing envelope na naglalaman ng Dalawampu't Siyam (29) na pcs. ng boodle money na may isang (1) pc. tunay na One Thousand Peso Bill na may Serial No. DS905505; Isang (1) unit ng Samsung keypad; at Isang (1) National ID sa ilalim ng pangalan ng suspek.

Ayon sa mga nakalap na impormasyon ang suspek umano ay nagbibigay ng ilegal na droga sa ibang tulak para ibenta. Dagdag pa din dito ay ilan beses na umanong nakulong ang suspek sa parehong kaso ng pagbebenta ng shabu.

Samantala, ang tinatayang bigat ng nasamsam na ilegal na droga ay MOL 15 gramo na may Standard Drug Price (SDP) na nagkakahalaga ng Php102,000.00. Ang mga pagmamarka, pagkuha ng mga litrato, at imbentaryo ay isinagawa sa lugar ng operasyon at nasaksihan ng nahalal na Kagawad ng Brgy. San Antonio at Media Representative Bukod dito, isang (1) BWC at isang (1) ARD ang nagamit sa nasabing operasyon.

Kasong Paglabag sa Seksyon 5, Art. II ng RA 9165, o mas kilala bilang “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”; kakaharapin ng suspek.
