Subject: May 5–14, 2025,
Network Repairs and Maintenance Suspended Following the national and local elections on May 12, 2025, we would like to notify all of our clients that, in accordance with NTC Memorandum Order No. 003-04-2025 and Republic Act No. 8436 as amended by RA No. 9369, all planned network repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities will be suspended from May 5 (Monday) to May 14 (Wednesday), 2025.
The purpose of this temporary suspension is to support the vital function that telecommunications infrastructure plays during this national event and to guarantee the continuous transmission of election results through the Automated Election System (AES).
🔧Vital Information:
All ongoing and planned network works will be completed on or before May 3, 2025.
Only emergency repairs will be allowed during the restricted period, subject to notification and approval from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
Our personnel will carry proper company identification and use clearly marked service vehicles when conducting any emergency repairs.
Rest assured, our team remains fully committed to ensuring uninterrupted telecommunications services and will have a dedicated team on standby 24/7 during the affected period.
