I am writing to respectfully request your kind consideration regarding our store operations. Recently, our store was temporarily unable to operate because we're working some important personal documents, unfortunately, there was no available personnel to manage and assist customers during that time.
Due to this situation, our business income was affected, and we were unable to maintain our normal operations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
With this, I am humbly asking for your understanding and consideration, particularly regarding our obligations during the period our store was closed. We assure you that we are now doing our best to resume normal operations and settle our responsibilities as soon as possible.
