𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: The spirit of unity and celebration filled the LMA Gymnasium as students from Kinder to Grade 12 came together for the highly anticipated LMA Acquaintance Party 2025, held on June 20, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Marking the vibrant start of School Year 2025–2026, the event served as a joyful platform for students to foster camaraderie, showcase talents, and build meaningful connections within the Milagrosinian community.

Spearheaded by the LMA Supreme Secondary Learner Government from both the Junior and Senior High School Departments, the celebration was made possible through the collaborative efforts of their organization advisers and school program coordinators, truly embodying this year’s mission of student leadership, unity, and shared purpose.

𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

On June 20, 2025, the Acquaintance Party was held at La Milagrosa Academy, Inc., filling the LMA Gymnasium with buzzing excitement as Milagrosinians reconnected with familiar faces and welcomed new companionship throughout the event. Cheers especially enveloped the Gymnasium when students showcased their talents and charmed the audience in the LMA's Got Talent and Mr. & Ms. LMA portion.

In LMA's Got Talent category, Flora Mae Camata, a student from Grade 12 St. Padre Pio, rose above the rest as she captivated the crowd with her powerful singing voice. Despite having to perform in a ca****la, she delivered a standout performance, that earned her the title of Champion.

Closely following behind her were Aloe Vera Matol and Darryll Deocares from Grade 12 St. Maximilian, as well as Jhon Vincent Ornopia from Grade 7 Wisdom, who earned the titles of First and Second runners-up, respectively.

Meanwhile, in Mr. & Ms. LMA, Lexter Durmiendo and Margarette Batulat from the Grade 10 Department took the crown with their exuding confidence and charm, captivating the crowd. Following them, the title of First Runners-up was given to Dirk Andrew Hebaya and Chae Kim Hofeliña from the Grade 12 Department, while Nash Yuhan Nicolas and Trisha Mae Hebaya from the Grade 9 Department were named Second Runners-up.

With such a lively start to the year, students are now looking forward to more events and competitions that forge connection, creativity, and camaraderie.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒. Catholic educators and leaders from the Diocese of Calbayog came together for the 2nd General Assembly of the Association of Diocesan Schools of Calbayog, featuring a solemn recollection held on June 18, 2025, at the Calbayog Centennial Pastoral Center.

The recollection was attended by administrators, educators, and Catholic leaders—including delegates from La Milagrosa Academy, Divine Mercy Integrated Academy of Villareal Foundation, Inc., and St. Michael’s High School. The event was graced and led by the Bishop of Calbayog, Most Rev. Isabelo C. Abarquez, D.D.

With hearts lifted in prayer, we honor his unwavering faith, deep love for the poor, and powerful intercession that continues to touch lives across generations.

May his example of compassion and devotion inspire us to seek God's truth, share His love, and walk the path of holiness each day.

| Milagrosinians File Candidacy for SSLG Election 2025-2026

Yesterday, June 10, 2025, a sense of anticipation filled the air across the Junior and Senior High School Buildings of La Milagrosa Academy, Inc, with students from grades 7 to 12 officially filing their candidacies for the most-awaited Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG) Election Bid 2025-2026.

The filing saw a blend of both familiar and new faces as candidates stepped up for the upcoming elections. A notable portion of those who filed are incumbent SSLG leaders, aiming for re-election by capitalizing on their past achievements and leadership experience.

However, the democratic process also welcomed new faces and even transferee students who bravely dared to run for office, demonstrating a strong commitment to aiming for a better school year for the entire LMA-Community.

As the competitive landscape of the SSLG election has begun to take shape, two distinct parties have emerged in the Junior High Department. Meanwhile, the Senior High Department sees the formation of a single dominant party, though there are a few independent candidates running for key positions.

Among these, the incumbent Senior High SSLG Vice-President, Trishia Rebarter, stands out. Having secured her place as the sole candidate for the SHS-SSLG Presidency, her ascension promises a smooth transition and continued leadership in the Senior High Department.

The SSLG Election Bid 2025-2026 will officially commence today, June 11, 2025, at exactly 1:00 PM, with voting taking place in the respective departments of the of the Junior High and Senior High School Building.

This election serves as a cornerstone of student participation, providing a necessary platform for Milagrosinians to elect representatives who will voice their concerns, support their initiatives, and contribute to the overall betterment of school life.

In keeping with La Milagrosa's tradition of producing responsible and involved future leaders, the results of today’s election will surely have an impact on the course and success of student activities and welfare for the 2025–2026 academic year.
