In celebration of the Feast Day of Our Lady of Nativity on September 8 and the Calbayog City Fiesta on September 7-8, 2026, and to allow everyone ample time to participate in the religious and community festivities, this Office advises all employees, students, and other stakeholders of the guidelines to be implemented on September 7, 2026 (Monday):
All academic classes shall shift to asynchronous learning. Faculty members must upload learning materials and assignments via the official learning management system or alternative online platforms ahead of time so students can work on their assigned tasks. All faculty members, including the part-time lecturers, shall submit a separate DTR and an accomplishment report showing the means of verification of their conduct of asynchronous classes on September 7.
All regular non-teaching personnel will transition to a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement; however, all are expected to remain accessible online during regular working hours to ensure the continuity of core administrative services. All regular non-teaching personnel shall submit a separate DTR and an accomplishment report showing the means of verification of their rendered work on September 7 while on WFH. On the other hand, all Job Order personnel shall report to work onsite to handle essential physical operations, facility maintenance, and continuous campus services.
Normal onsite operations will resume on September 9, 2026, while asynchronous classes are still in effect until September 11, 2026.
