Malugod na sinalubong ng SPNHS ang mga kinatawan ng DepEd Regional Office na bumisita kahapon, July 30, 2025, upang talakayin ang mga teaching related tasks at bigyang tuon ang DepEd Order No. 005, s. of 2024.

‎Ang kautusang ito ay naglalayong ipaalam ang mga gawain na sakop ng trabaho ng isang g**o, maging na rin ang pagbibigay ng dagdag sweldo sa mga g**ong overworking.
‎
‎Prinisenta naman ni Ginoong Romeo D. Castante, Principal IV ng SPNHS, ang mga nagawang inobasyon at inisyatibo ng paaralan upang mabigyan ng dekalidad na edukasyon ang mga mag-aaral at malutas ang mga problemang kinakaharap nito. Ito ay ayon sa DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2024.

‎Ang buwanang monitoring na ito ay isinasagawa ng DepEd upang matukoy nila kung naibibigay ba ang mga pangangailangan ng mga kaguruan, mag-aaral, at maging na rin ng paaralan.

Marami ang nagsisisi, ngunit 'di na maaaring mabawi ang salaping na-itaya.

‎Ayon sa datos ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation o PAGCOR, humigit-kumulang P47.235 bilyon ang kabuuang kita sa Electronic Games sa unang tatlong buwan ng kasalukuyang taon. Kung gayon, mas malaki ang tinataya ng mga taong nahuhumaling sa larong online gambling.

July 12, 2025 — Approximately 1,000 San Policarpians participated in the vibrant and colorful NutriColor Run at 3:00 PM today.

The said activity was commensurate with the celebration of the 2025 Nutrition Month—taking place on the coastal roads of Brgy. San Policarpo.

The fun-filled activity was specifically designed to encourage participants of all ages to prioritize physical fitness and healthy living, while having a blast with friends and family. With colorful powder bursts, the event aimed to promote wellness and camaraderie among the community.

‎The path they had to take was full of pebbles, rocks, and boulders of unknowns—no matter how big or small, each one could either make or break them. Despite these dilemmas, they remained resilient and persevered. No matter how many people left and doubted them, they remained optimistic that new people would come and that there were still some who believed.
‎
‎Today, their gears will be shifting. From white polo shirts with neckties, they will be donning a uniform symbolizing their passion for the game. Bringing 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐬 of determination to 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 all of the game's unpredictability, they have 𝐬𝐞𝐭 a goal to 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 a trophy—symbolizing the true essence of being a champion.

‎The 𝙎𝙋𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝙈𝙚𝙣'𝙨 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙮𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 is set to take a chance to sn**ch the championship title at the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in Brgy. Inoraguiao, Sta. Margarita, Samar. No matter how hard the journey might be, they will be bouncing back, reciprocating the magnitude distributed to them, just like a volleyball. Nevertheless, despite the ambiguity brought by a ball's roundness, one thing is for sure—they will fight with hearts that are full of pride.

‎On June 1st, 2025—the Annex campus buzzed with excitement, as a group of trailblazing candidates from San Policarpio National High School (SPNHS), along with supportive parents, shined bright and flipped the switch on innovative solar power projects.
‎
‎Elvera B. Ponsica, Julliene Sam Rebosura, Avygail S. Llacer, and Ma. Ricqui Euf D. Bello brought their vision to life, under the guidance of their troop leaders as well as the hopeful eyes of the SPNHS teachers.
‎
‎Following in the footsteps of the five successful Chief Girl Scouts from the previous year, these four candidates also completed their projects leading to a formal handover to the Barangay Captain of Brgy. San Policarpo, Matobato, and the Executive Director of Ladies of Charities in Calbayog, marking a successful transfer of responsibility and a testament to their commitment.

‎The council president, Tita Esther S. Santianez, and the council board members were present to witness this important event. The projects, currently under review at the regional and national levels, represent a year of meticulous planning, diligent ex*****on, and thorough evaluation. The anticipation of the final approval is palpable, signifying the culmination of a milestone of these well-deserved candidate-innovators. Their dedication to sustainable solutions and community development is truly inspiring.

‎June 28-29, 2025—Students from San Policarpo clutched the title as champs during the Libertea Cup 2025 at Alabang Country Club, Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
‎
‎Nyrr Nathaniel Yape and Gracelyn Bacaro of Grade 10 - Alexander made their mark on another big stage after their Boracay Open 2025 International stint last March with the Island Kids of Boracay. Now reppin' PUMA from Boracay with some of the best National Athletes and coaches of Ultimate Frisbee.

‎A manifestation of what they always say, hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work.

𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆

Despite the gray and gloomy weather, Calbayognons painted the city streets with the vibrant colors of the rainbow as they celebrated Pride Month 2025. The festive parade, led by the energetic drum and lyre corps of San Policarpo National High School, took front with the waving of colorful batons and flags, while the lively echoes of drums and lyres filled the atmosphere.

The parade route began and ended at the city hall's facade, where LGBTQIA+ members, representing their respective barangays, gathered. They donned artistic and creative costumes, symbolizing the inherent pulchritude and diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community.

"Love is love, regardless of gender identity and sexual orientation," stated DjBillie, one of the event's participants. "This event marks a significant opportunity for the community to be heard and recognized in our city. It aims to celebrate LGBTQIA+ identities, advocate for equal rights, address local discrimination, raise awareness about health issues, and foster community solidarity and inclusivity," she added.

The successful conduct of the event was a collaborative effort, pioneered by Baysay Calbayog, LGU Calbayog, the City Health Office, and the Samar Provincial Government.

This vibrant gala serves as a powerful reminder of the vitality of inclusivity and acceptance in establishing a harmonious community for all.

‎Mahigit isang siglo at dalawangput-pitong taon ang nakalilipas, ang kalayaan ay isang anyo lamang ng karangyaan. Ang ating mga ninuno ay nakakadena sa kalupitan ng mga banyaga—mga puso at isip nila nakabuhol sa manipulasyon ng mga antagonista. Matapos magliwanag ang madilim, makalagan ang nakagapos, at masilaban ang pusong tila kinakapos na sa alab, ang kalayaang dati'y karangyaan lamang ay naging karapatan. Ang daan na tinahak ay magaspang, puno ng mga batong balakid sa ipinaglalaban. Subalit, ito ay napagtagumpayan at patuloy na tinatamasa ng sambayanan.
