The Collegiate Supreme Student Council (CSSC) of Christ the King College spearheaded the Turnover and Induction Ceremony for the new set of student leaders from various organizations for School Year 2025โ2026, held on October 15, 2025, at the CKC Gymnatorium.
The program officially commenced with opening remarks from Ms. Vilma C. Alburan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who emphasized the essence of the occasion:
โ๐๐ฆ ๐จ๐ข๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ญ๐บ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ต๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐ด๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ฉ๐ช๐ฑ, ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ต ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ช๐ณ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ด๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐๐ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐บ.โ
Led by their respective deans, the organizational officers from the Institute of Teacher Education (ITE), Institute of Accountancy, Management, and Computing and Information Studies (IAMCIS), and Institute of Nursing, Allied Health, Social and Behavioral Sciences (INAHSBS) were the first to take their oath of office. They were followed by officers from the Rotaract Club of CKC, Community Extension Services Organization (CESO), National Service Training Program (NSTP), and The Scepter, who were inducted by their organizational advisers.
In line with the successful conduct of the CSSC Elections (ELECSSCION) last August 2025, the newly elected CSSC officers also took their oath during the ceremony, which included the official turnover of documents.
Following the successful Induction and Turnover Ceremony of all recognized student organizations for the Academic Year 2025โ2026, Outgoing CSSC President Ms. Leila Karyl Pilpa delivered her final State of the Student Address, highlighting the accomplishments and challenges of her term. After her address, she officially turned over all CSSC documents to the incoming set of officers, marking the formal transition of leadership.
After the turnover of documents, the newly elected CSSC President, Mr. Jero De Guia, delivered his first Inaugural Speech, expressing gratitude for the trust bestowed upon him and outlining his vision and goals for the new council under his leadership.
The event concluded with congratulatory and inspirational remarks from Mr. Mark Dhen Y. Sarmiento, Head of Student Welfare and Development under the Office of Student Affairs and Services (SAS), who reminded the student leaders to embody the true spirit of leadership and responsibility in serving the CKC community.
