𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗖𝗞𝗖 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Christ the King College of Calbayog City Inc. officially opened its enrollment for the Academic Year 2025–2026 yesterday, June 16, 2025. The enrollment process is currently ongoing, welcoming new and returning students across all levels.

Students and parents are encouraged to enroll early to avoid the rush and to secure slots, especially in programs with limited capacity. Alongside enrollment, entrance examinations for incoming freshmen and transferees are also being administered. CKC reminds all interested applicants to bring the necessary documents and to follow the schedule posted on the official school channels.

Sheila Mujeres, a Level 3 Nursing student from Christ the King College, displayed exceptional courage and skill by delivering a baby inside a moving tricycle. With no medical equipment, only her training and compassion, she ensured a safe birth amid the chaos. Her bravery embodies the CKC nursing spirit—Born to Serve, Trained to Lead, Ready to Save.

When the world needed a hero, a Christi Regian nursing student answered with skill, heart, and courage.

When most would panic, one brave Level 3 Nursing Student from Christ the King College - Institute of Nursing rose with skill, strength, and spirit, delivering a new life inside a tricycle before it could even reach the hospital.

Yes, you read that right. Amid chaos, motion, and the cries of urgency, she transformed a tricycle into a delivery room—with her bare hands, her trained mind, and her Christi Regian heart.

With no gown, no gloves, no sterile bed, only courage, compassion, and competence, she safely assisted a mother in labor, bringing a child into the world under the most extraordinary circumstances.

This is more than a heroic deed.
👉 This is the heart of a true CKC nurse.
👉 This is what it means to be 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲.

Ang ika-12 ng Hunyo ay kilala bilang Araw ng Kalayaan o "Independence Day", sa araw na ito, ating kilalanin at bigyang pugay ang simbolo ng ating kalayaan - ang watawat ng Pilipinas.

Ang pambansang watawat ay unang iwinagayway noong Mayo 28, 1898 at pormal na ipinakilala sa publiko noong Hunyo 12, 1898. Ang disenyo ng watawat ay gawa ni dating pangulong Emilio Aguinaldo at isinabuhay nina Marcela Agoncillo, Lorenza Agoncillo, at Delfina Herbosa de Natividad.

Ang gintong araw ay sumisimbolo sa pagkakaisa, kalayaan, demokrasya at soberanya ng mga mamamayang Pilipino habang ang walong sinag nito ay tumatayong representasyon ng walong pulong lumaban sa mga mananakop: Maynila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Laguna, at Batangas. Ang tatlong bituin ay isinisimbolo ang mga lugar kung saan nagsimula ang mga himagsikan na nagbigay kalayaan sa Pilipinas - Luzon, Mindanao at Panay. Ang puti mula sa tatlong kulay ng watawat ay nagsisimbolo ng kalayaan, ekwalidad at kapatiran, habang ang asul ay nagsisimbolo ng kapayapaan, kalayaan at hustisya. Ang kulay p**a naman ang nagsisimbolo ng katapangan at pagka-makabayan na itinataas lamang bilang hudyat ng gyera sa bansa.

Ating bigyang dangal ang ating kalayaan sa pamamagitan ng pagkilala sa pinaghirapang makamit ng ating mga bayani - ang ating Kasarinlan.

𝗖𝗞𝗖-𝗬𝗦𝗢 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

The Christ the King College Youth Symphony Orchestra (CKC-YSO) held a dress rehearsal for their Ibabao Repertoire on May 30th, 2025, at the CKC St. Peter Baptist Music Hall. This performance, witnessed by the Christi Regian Community, administrators, and department heads, served as preparation for their upcoming performance at the Biri Rocks National Geological Monument declaration on June 4th, 2025. The invitation to perform was extended by the Provincial Government of Northern Samar.

The CKC-YSO's captivating two-part performance captivated the audience. Each piece earned warm applause, showcasing the orchestra's talent and dedication. Proud parents, administrators, and faculty showed their support as the orchestra prepared for their Northern Samar events in Catarman. May their melodies continue to bring joy and inspiration.

The 76th Commencement Ceremonies of Christ the King College of Calbayog City, Inc., Part IV of the Commencement and Recognition Rites, was a momentous celebration of academic achievement and personal growth. The program featured the heartfelt singing of the graduation song, symbolizing unity and gratitude, followed by the solemn and proud giving of diplomas to the graduates, marking the culmination of their hard work and the beginning of new journeys filled with purpose and promise.
