You are a safe place, the voice heard even in silence. Sa bawat gising ng iyong anak, ikaw ang dahilan kung bakit hindi siya sumusuko, kahit mahirap, kahit masakit. You carried your child long before they knew how to stand on their own โ and even now, you carry their burdens like they were always yours to bear. Your hands, calloused from years of sacrifice, built the very foundation your child stands on today.
Your child has seen your tears, kahit pilit mong itinatago. They have watched you work through the struggle, through the sadness, through the exhaustion โ and still, you found the courage to smile, to show up, and to keep going for their sake. Hindi ka lang nanay. Ikaw ang kanilang lakas, ang liwanag sa mga gabing puno ng dilim.
Sa bawat sakripisyo mong hindi kayang suklian ng iyong anak โ alam nilang minahal mo sila nang higit pa sa sarili mo. Your love is fierce yet gentle, strong yet kind. You shaped your child with your wisdom, your patience, and your endless faith in who they could become. And to this day, they carry that with them โ palagi.
To every mother who has gone through so much, yet never let your children feel the weight of it. To every mother who gave everything and asked for nothing in return.
