"Rich vs Poor Mindset: Assets vs Salaries – What’s Your Focus?"

Recently, merong isang trending issue involving a lady rider and a pickup driver on a rough road area in Zambales. One that led para ideclare daw na persona non grata yung lady rider sa Zambales most likely dahil sa pinakita niyang road rage behaviour. Anyway, You can look up sa facebook yung issue. But my take on things na ganoon lalo na marami rami na ang mga road rage incidents ay eto:

1.) DO NOTHING IF YOU ARE REALLY ANGRY/UPSET (Kumalma) - 100% classmeyt na may magagawa ka palaging mali na maari mong pagsisihan once nahimasmasan ka na. Ikaw ang driver, hindi dapat ang emosyon mo. Ang emosyon ay walang isip, pero ikaw na may kontrol over your whole being meron kang intellect, huwag na huwag mo ito ipapatalo ;)

2.) HINDI MO IKAKABABA NG PAGKATAO OR IKAKAMATAY ANG PAG-PAKUMBABA OR PAGHINGI NG TAWAD - Naalala nyo rin ba yung isa pang road rage incident na may nabaril at namatay? Tandaan natin, hindi mo ikakamatay or ikaka baba ng pagkatao ang pag humble down. After all, ano nga ba talaga ang premyo kung manalo ka? Di ba EGO lang naman? It's not worth it to risk your life and peace over things na mabilis sana maayos KUNG marunong lang tayo mag humble down.

3.) UPGRADE YOUR AWARENESS - Sa mga highway or daanan ay iba't ibang uri ng tao ang gumagamit, may mga disiplinado, may mga mainitin ang ulo at may mga likas talagang ayaw masapawan or ma overtake ng iba. Ano ang point ko? Kung alam mo na hindi mo hawak ang mga tao na makakasalubong at makakasabay mo hindi ba mas responsable to exercise disicpline and restrain? If you are aware sa paligid mo all the time mas makakaiwas ka sa mga ganitong insidente.

Classmeyt, make it a mission to be a force for good. Sabi nga maging ilaw sa mga landas na madilim. Let us always strive to be better and do better. If meron man pinaka malaking lesson sa mga pangyayari na ganto is that hindi dapat tayo padalos dalos, kalma lang kung baga. Saan ba nakukuha ang pagiging kalmado?

It's an inside job classmeyt, when we are at peace with ourselves and everyone halos mahirap pumatol sa mga biglaang taas ng emosyon.

ATTITUDE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EDUCATION

Money is only a result of what is happening behind the scenes.

Money is only an EVENT, the work you have to put in is the PROCESS.

Most people want the money but they are not dedicated to the process.

Most start-ups love the stories of Mark Zuckerberg, and Mark Essien and how some CEOs are getting funded.

They love all the glamour but they don't find out about the process.

How this CEO was keeping vigil doesn't concern you.

If you want an overnight success, you must be willing to work all through that night.

Success is a process. Success is a journey, not a destination.

You must be willing to pay the price for the prize. There is no PRIZE without a PRICE.

Calm down and focus on the work.

Focus on doing the things that matter and very soon you will begin to matter.
