Light to moderate with at times heavy (2.5-4.5 with occasional 7.5-15 liters/meter² per hour) rains are affecting over
(Aborlan, Narra, Sofronio Espanola, Brooke's Point, Bataraza, Balabac, Rizal, Quezon, Cagayancillo);
which may continue for 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.

The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council concerned are advised to monitor the weather condition and watch for the next advisory to be issued 11:00 AM.
