Calubian National High School lit up the streets during the grand Opening Salvo of the 106th Calubian Town Fiesta with the dazzling theme “Floral Fantasia: Blooming Lights Parade and Showdown.”

CNHS faculty and staff brought energy and color to the celebration as they joined the parade in creatively designed red rose-themed costumes and props adorned with glowing lights.

This 106th year town fiesta celebrates not only Calubian’s rich heritage but also the creativity and commitment, something CNHS highlighted beautifully in their participation.

Calubian National High School conducted a two-day Capacity Building on the Extended Career Progression System for Teachers at CNHS Multi-Purpose Hall, August 1-2.

𝗖𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝟮-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝗖𝗣 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀-𝗼𝗳𝗳
Calubian National High School conducted the first day of its Two-Day Capacity Building on the Expanded Career Progression System on August 1 at the CNHS Multi-Purpose Hall, with School Heads from the Calubian South District serving as resource speakers.

The morning session focused on foundational concepts related to career progression in the Department of Education. Ma’am Carmen M. Dignos, School Head, led the first session with a discussion on the Teacher Development Framework. She emphasized how this framework supports the development of teacher competencies towards holistic metamorphosis.

This was followed by Sir Franklin J. Viagedor, Calubian South District Supervisor, who provided an overview of the Expanded Career Progression System, outlining its purpose, features, and impact on professional growth. Ma’am Virgilia A. Mendez, Head Teacher III, concluded the morning with a presentation on the procedures and requirements for teacher promotion under the new system.

CNHS celebrates Nutrition Month 2025

In line with the Nutrition Month celebration of Calubian National High School, different nutri-activities were conducted, such as the Slogan and Poster Making Contest, Cookfest, Nutri-debate, Vocal Solo in their Bahay-Kubo Rendition, and the Search for Ginoo and Binibining Malusog 2025 for the student category, and the Arroz Caldo Cook-Off and Kuratcha Karambola for the teacher category.

𝘾𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙀𝙣𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙖-𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚

Calubian National High School kicked off its Intramurals 2025 with a festive parade on July 25, drawing inspiration from the popular fantasy series Encantadia.

Students and teachers brought the magical world to life as they paraded in teams named after the iconic kingdoms of Encantadia: Adamya, Lireo, Hathoria, Etheria, Mine-Ave, and Sappiro. Each group showcased themed colors, costumes, banners, and chants, highlighting their unity and creativity.

The parade marked the official start of the intramural games, emphasizing not only athletic competition but also school spirit and teamwork.

The Encantadia-themed celebration added a mythical flair to this year’s opening, setting the tone for an exciting Intramurals 2025.

In light of severe weather conditions and upon the directive of our School Principal, face-to-face classes in Calubian National High School are suspended today, Thursday, July 17, 2025. This precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
