The Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD) officially opens the Renewal and Recognition of Student Organizations for Academic Year 2026–2027.

All student organizations are encouraged to submit the required documents within the prescribed period to maintain their active status and eligibility to participate in university activities and programs.

📅 Submission Period: June 23-26, 2026
📍 Submission Venue: OSSD Office and Online
⏰ Deadline: 3:00 PM June 26, 2026

Kindly ensure that all documentary requirements are COMPLETE, UPLOADED and SUBMITTED on or before the deadline. Late and incomplete submissions may affect the processing of your organization's renewal or recognition.

Interested organizations are encouraged to review the guidelines and submit the required documents within the prescribed period.
