𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆

𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆, observed every 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭, honors the death anniversary of 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼 “𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆” 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗝𝗿., who was assassinated on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭, 𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟯.

Its purpose is to remember his courage, sacrifice, and contribution to the fight for democracy and freedom in the Philippines. It also reminds Filipinos of the importance of patriotism and standing for what is right.

The observance is established under 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟵𝟮𝟱𝟲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭, approved on 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟰, which declares 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭 of every year as 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆, 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆

The 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, with the theme "𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫," was held earlier this morning at the 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐔) 𝐂𝐚𝐧-𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬. The event took place at each department of the university and was attended by the college deans, faculty, and 4th year students.

The event brought together educators, learners, and speakers to explore shared aspirations, opportunities, and cooperation across the 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧. It served as a platform to discuss how communities can work together to shape a more connected, inclusive, and prosperous future.

𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆–𝗖𝗮𝗻-𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 (𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗖) celebrated 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗮𝘆 under the theme "𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿" on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟮 at the 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗖 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺, featuring interactive student booths, an inter-college debate tournament, a quiz bowl, and cultural exhibitions in support of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀' 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The event opened with welcome remarks from 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗼 𝗔. 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗼, who emphasized the core values of regional unity. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗼 urged the university community to "𝙚𝙭𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩, 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮" and encouraged attendees to "𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨," he stated.

Following the address, 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗺 𝗧. 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀 delivered the statement of purpose, preceding an ASEAN musical performance and the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the student-led cultural booths.

For the morning segment focused on evaluating the interactive exhibitions, judged by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗙. 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗼𝘀 𝗝𝗿., 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗟. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀, and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗔. 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮. 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮 noted he was "very impressed" with the students' "creative and innovative" setups, though he advised future participants to place greater emphasis on depth of knowledge alongside visual appeal.

The competition concluded with the exhibition booth judging results, where the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻'𝘀 (𝗖𝗖𝗝𝗘) 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 booth secured 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮 earned 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, while 𝗠𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗿, 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗶 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺, and 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗿-𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲 finished in a 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗲 for 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱

In the afternoon program, four colleges competed in a debate tournament following the non-participation of the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗖𝗢𝗔). The opening round saw 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗖𝗝𝗘), arguing the negative side, defeat the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗖𝗦). Concurrently, the 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗦𝗘𝗗) team advanced past the 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗗) team.

In the second round, BSED upheld the affirmative position to eliminate CCJE, securing a spot in the championship round against the 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗦𝗕𝗔) team. Following the final match, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗭𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗠. 𝗞𝗵𝗼 delivered a congratulatory address commending the debaters. Representatives from the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 swept the individual honors, with 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 named 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 and 𝗚𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗻 awarded 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.

The celebration also featured a quiz bowl competition, where 𝗖𝗢𝗔 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀, followed by 𝗕𝗦𝗕𝗔 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱, the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗢𝗘𝗗) 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱, 𝗖𝗖𝗦 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵, and 𝗖𝗖𝗝𝗘 rounding out the rankings in 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.

Beyond the competitive honors, the day's showcase positioned 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨–𝗖𝗮𝗻-𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 as an active contributor to the national movement preparing for the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀’ 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Both teams had fought their way through the preliminary rounds to earn their place in the final, and the stage was set for an unforgettable battle for the top team.

The match started as a tight, back-and-forth contest from start to finish. 𝐏𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐞 seized the early advantage, playing with sharp coordination and strong net play to claim the first set. 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 caught up quickly, adjusting their strategy and raising their intensity in the second set to overpower their opponents and force a decisive decision set. With the championship title on the line, 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 maintained their momentum and composure, executing strong gameplay under pressure to secure the final set. 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 emerged victorious and claimed the championship title, while 𝐏𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐞 ends in 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞.

The entire match was played at a breathtaking pace, with every point fiercely contested and the outcome was uncertain until the very last moment. Leading 𝐂𝐁𝐀 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to this hard-earned championship triumph was 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬, a skilled first-year student from CBA, whose exceptional all-around performance throughout the final earned her the 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 (𝐌𝐕𝐏) title and cemented her place as a standout athlete of the tournament.

𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐧-𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 — Day Two of the Intramurals Meet 2026 Women’s Volleyball tournament unfolded with intense competition, surprising results, and standout performances as every team fought to advance in the tournament bracket. The day featured seven exciting matches that reshaped the standings and set the stage for a thrilling championship contest.

The day opened with the 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝟑 -- CCS Python Blaze facing COA Mighty Tamaraws. Python Blaze carried its strong form forward with a dominant performance, controlling the rallies, solid defenses, and claiming victory in straight two sets to get the day off to a winning start.

𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝟒 was a tightly contested battle between CBA Golden Lions and COED Blue Eagles. Golden Lions took the opening set with steady play and sharp attacks, but Blue Eagles dominated and won the second set. With the match hanging in the balance, Golden Lions regained their composure, delivered great performance and secured the decision set to take a hard-fought victory.

In 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝟓, CCJE Valiant Spartans went up against COA Mighty Tamaraws and put together a complete coordination to control most points and earn a decisive win. The Valiant Spartans’ cautious techniques and quick transitions kept Mighty Tamaraws constantly on the defensive. The victory boosted Valiant Spartans’ standing in the overall tournament rankings.

𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝟔 brought the biggest surprise of the day as the previously unbeaten CCS Python Blaze faced CBA Golden Lions. Golden Lions who played with outstanding focus and intensity, swept their opponent by dominating both two sets and handing Python Blaze its first defeat of the tournament. CCS Python Blaze bounced back in 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝟕 against CCJE Valiant Spartans. Python Blaze won both sets with powerful serving and solid team play, returning to their dominant form to claim a convincing victory and put the Valiant Spartans in third place.

With all Day Two matches concluded, the path to the championship is now clear. CBA Golden Lions and CCS Python Blaze will once again face each other for the championship game in what promises to be an unforgettable showdown for the title.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 | 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐖𝐚𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝

Two fouls left Alina Tomenio of the College of Computer Studies (CCS) with no valid mark after her first two attempts in the women’s javelin throw. With her final attempt remaining, she delivered a 19.40-meter throw to claim first place.

Tomenio’s final throw was enough to put her ahead of Jamaica Evardone of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA), who finished second with a best valid mark of 18.30 meters. Evardone’s second attempt was ruled foul before she recorded 18.20 meters on her third.

The men’s competition saw BSA’s Kurt John Bianes take the top spot after steadily adding distance to his throws. He opened at 31.76 meters, improved to 33.20 meters, then sent his final throw to 37.70 meters for the winning mark.

Celso Maiso, also from BSA, finished second at 37.15 meters, improving from 21.20 meters on his first attempt and 28.89 meters on his second.

Jester Quirante of CCS placed third with a best throw of 28.50 meters.

Tomenio secured the women’s title with her only valid mark, while Bianes finished the men’s event with the longest throw of the competition at 37.70 meters.

The Intramurals Meet 2026 Men’s Volleyball Championship went down as one of the most memorable contests of the tournament, as two powerhouse teams faced off in a battle for the top of the ranking that kept everyone watching fully engaged until the very last point. The stage was set for an epic showdown and both sides arrived prepared to leave everything on the court in pursuit of the title.

The match unfolded with a dramatic back-and-forth pattern that had the lead changing hands throughout. CBA Golden Lions seized the early momentum, playing with sharp and precise attacks, and strong team coordination to claim the first set. CCS Python Blaze responded in the second set, executing a series of strong spikes that Golden Lions unable to defend, leading to a deciding set. In the decision set, Python Blaze stayed composed under pressure, delivering strong gameplay and won the final set. Python Blaze claimed the champion title and Golden Lions was placed 2nd.

The entire battle ended at an incredibly intense pace, with both teams diving for every ball and exchanging powerful spikes. The crowd mirrored the energy on the court, standing on the edge of their seats, roaring with every spectacular play, and holding their breath as the outcome hung in the balance. Leading Python Blaze to this hard-fought triumph was 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀. 𝐍𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐬, a talented first-year student from CCS, whose outstanding performance earned him the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title and capped off a standout championship showing.

‎In the Boys’ Triple Jump, 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗜𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗴𝗮 from 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀 secured the top spot with a 𝟭𝟬.𝟳𝟬-𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 jump. 𝗝unard followed closely with 𝟭𝟬.𝟱𝟯 meters for second place, while 𝗘𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 finished third with 𝟵.𝟲𝟵 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

‎In the Girls’ Triple Jump, 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 of 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲 led the competition, with 𝗠𝘂𝗶 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗮 taking 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.

‎The boys’ long jump was highlighted by 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗶𝗰 from 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, who posted the best mark of 𝟱.𝟴𝟱 meters to claim 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. 𝗝𝗲𝗱 finished second at 𝟱.𝟯𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, while 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗿 took third with 𝟱.𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

‎For the girls’ long jump, 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 once again topped the event with a 𝟰.𝟭𝟱-𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽. 𝗠𝘂𝗶 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗮 placed second with 𝟯.𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, while 𝗝𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘀 was recorded in 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱.

Day 2 of the Women's Basketball Tournament at Eastern Samar State University – Can-avid, delivered back-to-back thrillers at the basketball court near the College of Business Administration (CBA).

𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝟮: 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲 𝘃𝘀. 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄

The day opened at 7:30 AM with a matchup between Python Blaze (College of Computer Studies) and Mighty Tamaraw (College of Agriculture). After both teams warmed up, Python Blaze wasted no time taking control, with Myleen Picardal scoring the opening point, followed by a strong play from teammate Nathalie Cemania.

The match quickly turned lopsided as Picardal shut down Mighty Tamaraw's offense while Cemania anchored the defense and fed the ball to her teammate. Picardal's accurate shooting kept the points coming, pushing Python Blaze to a commanding 15–1 lead. Mighty Tamaraw managed to get on the board, but the momentum stayed firmly with Python Blaze, who closed out the game 21–1, with Picardal sinking the final shot.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘃𝘀. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀

The championship game followed later that day, tipping off at 10:20 AM after the men's division match. Both teams took time to warm up before the College of Business Administration (CBA) came out strong, with Agno opening the scoring, followed by a two-point shot from Balise that showcased CBA's teamwork.

The College of Computer Studies (CCS) — fresh off their earlier win over Mighty Tamaraw — fought to keep pace, with Picardal once again stepping up to score for her team. Despite CCS's efforts, CBA's preparation and consistency proved difficult to overcome.

The game remained competitive throughout, with both teams showing equal determination. In the final two minutes, Agno delivered the score that sealed the win, bringing the final tally to 17–9. The College of Business Administration was declared the Women's Basketball Champion.
