The Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) expresses its profound sadness over the tragic passing of an unidentified male individual found within the vicinity of the College.

As of this writing, the identity of the individual has yet to be established. BISCAST has been in close coordination with the appropriate authorities to facilitate identification and ensure that all necessary assistance and support may be extended to the bereaved family once identified.

The College likewise appeals to anyone who may have relevant information to cooperate with BISCAST and the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the ongoing investigation.

We extend our prayers and sympathies to all those affected by this tragic incident.
