Can't personally claim your yearbook? No worries!
Your parent, guardian, sibling, tito, tita, relative, friend, classmate, or an authorized representative may claim it on your behalf.

As long as we can verify that the name and photo on the yearbook match the owner, we will release the correct copy.

Please remind your representative to provide the necessary details during claiming to help us verify the yearbook quickly.
