Tropical Cyclone update as of 2:00 PM today, 23 July 2025.

Tropical Storm "DANTE", formerly (LPA 07g) still being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Tropical Depression "EMONG", formerly (LPA 07h) inside the PAR has developed into Tropical Storm.

Meanwhile, Low Pressure Area (LPA 07i) being monitored outside PAR has a “HIGH” potential of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

The year 1994 marks the first broadcast of a newly installed AM radio station in the To***co Capital of the Philippines, owned and operated by Tirad Pass Radio-Television Broadcasting Network, Inc and is a proud KBP member. Candon has long been established its tag as the center of trade and commerce in the Province of Ilocos Sur and DZTP became its main source for local news, information and entertainment.

DZTP 693KHz linked the surrounding provinces of La Union and Abra with programs focused on the social and cultural development of the Iluko community reaching almost 200,000 households.
