🔴Players must be non-professional and must not have participated in any tournaments, whether amateur or professional, organized or sponsored by Moonton.

🔴Group Stage rounds will be played ONLINE for teams outside Canlaon City. (February 24-25; March 2-3)

🔴Main Stage round will be played FACE-TO-FACE in Canlaon City Gym. (March 13)
