Eggless P**o Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Cheese for toppings

Procedure
1.mix flour and baking powder then sift, add sugar and milk powder
2.add water, oil, and vanilla mix all together untill well blended dont over mix
3,steam for 10 minutes add slice cheese ,then steam for another 2 minutes
4. Yield 12 pcs large molder

PORK HUMBA RECIPE ❤️🤤

Ingredients:👇👇👇
1.500 kg pig’s knuckle
10 garlic cloves
2 onions
1 cup pineapple juice
5 star anise
5 laurel leaves
25 g banana blossoms
100 g black beans
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
½ tsp ground black pepper

Procedures:
In a bowl, combine pork, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Ground Pepper, Salt, Water and Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Drain meat from marinade, reserving liquid.
In a wide pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until limp.
Add pork knuckleand cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Add reserved marinade and bring to a boil without stirring for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add peppercorns, Star Anis and bay leaves,
Add black beans, pineapple Juice, and banana blossoms. Stir to combine.
Lower heat, cover, and simmer until pork is tender.
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Season with salt to taste.
Continue to cook until liquid is reduced and begins to render fat. Serve hot.

✅PUTO CHEESE ALA GOLDILOCKS RECIPE

✅Ingredients for Batter 👇👇👇

4 cups All purpose Flour
2 cup white sugar
4 tbsp baking powder
4 small sachet 33 g powdered milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil/melted butter/margarine
3 cups water
4 small eggs or 2 large egg
Strips of Cheese

✅Procedure👇👇👇

1. Grease mould with melted butter or cooking oil.

2. In a bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix. In another bowl combine egg, evaporated milk, melted butter or vegetable oil, vanilla and water. Mix well.

3. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Mix until free of lumps. Pour p**o mixture about 3/4 of the mould. Arrange p**o moulds in the steamer and put strips of cheese in each p**o mixture.

4. Put cheese on top before steaming if you’re using regular cheese so it will have more time to melt a bit while steaming. If you’re using quickmelt cheese put cheese over the p**o after it cooked and steam it for another 2 minute.

5. Cover and steam for 10- 12 minutes over low heat. Wrap lid with cotton cloth to avoid water dripping over the p**o. Let it cool before removing from the mold.

❤️THE BEST LECHON KAWALI RECIPE❤️Try it
Ingredients:👇👇👇

1 kg pork belly (a block per half kg)
5 cloves garlic (crushed)
5 pcs bay leaf
1 tsp peppercorn
8 cups water
5 tbsp salt
cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. In a cooking pot, place the pork belly, add the garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn, and salt, then pour the water. Bring to a boil, remove the scum at the top of the broth, and continue cooking for 40-45 minutes until the meat is tender.
2. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool down.
3. Heat oil in a cooking pot at 350°F over medium heat. Fry the boiled meat until the pork skin is crispy, then flip them until the other side is cooked. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb the excess oil.
4. Chop the lechon kawali into chunks and serve it hot with Mang Tomas all around sarsa as a dipping sauce.

P**o Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
1 kilo All purpose flour
4 cups sugar
8 tablespoon baking powder
5 large eggs
1 big evaporated milk (370ml)
1⁄2 cup melted margarine (or butter)
5 1⁄2 cup water
Cheese (Quezo)

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, sift the all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder. Sift to remove lumps. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, evaporated milk, melted margarine and water. Mix well.
Combine the flour and egg mixture. Mix until well-blended and no lumps. Rest for at least 15 minutes.
Grease the bottom of each molder (In this recipe, I used large molder). After resting the mixture, pour some mixture to the molders. Fill only 3/4 of the molder as it will rise as you steam. Then, top with cheese or choice of topping (you can use salted egg also)
Arrange the molders in the steamer. Put cloth in the lid of the steamer to keep the water steam from dripping.
Steam for 14 to 15 minutes. After steaming, let it cool a little before unmolding. Enjoy!

MANGO TAPIOCA RECIPE 🥭😋

Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes
1 can condensada (370 ml)
1 can evaporada (370 ml)
1 all purpose cream (optional)
1 nata de coco
1 cup small sago cooked (white/clear)
25g gelatin powder yellow (manggo flavor)

Procedures:
1. In a pot pour 1.5L water add the gelatin powder (25g) and bring to a boil.

2. When boils remove from heat and let it set.

3. Peel the mangoes and slice it into cubes.

4. Cut the jelly into cubes

5. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, mangoes, sago and the jelly then add the 370 ml kremdensada, evaporated milk and all purpose cream.

6. Mix all together, into the freezer for 3 hrs or you can add ice cubes to serve it right away.

Ingredients:
1 lb pork cut into cubes
1 cup vinegar
2 pieces long green pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 piece onion chopped finely
1 tablespoon garlic minced
3 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup water
10 oz pork blood
1 piece pork cube boullion
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion.
Once the onion softens, add pork. Continue to sauté for 5 minutes or until light brown.
Pour water. Let boil.
Add pork cube. Cook in low heat until the meat tenderizes.
Add pork blood. Stir. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes while stirring.
Pour vinegar and add sugar and long green pepper. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve hot with rice or p**o 😋!

Bibingka Bigas Recipe

Ingredients :

4 cups coconut milk
2 1/2 cup rice
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp Salt

Instruction:

1. Bring to boil the coconut milk for 5 minutes and cool for 10mins.
2. Clean the Rice (2x wash)
3. add the Warm (Cooked) coconut milk and soak for 4 Hours.
4. Grind soaked Rice until smooth (you can use grinder or Blender)
5. Add the Sugar and Yeast, mix well to distribute completely. Cover the the bowl and let the mixture rise for 1 hour.
6. prepare the banana leaves and the bibingka molder.
7. pour the mixture in the molder top with grated coconut.
8. Cook with fire charcoal up and down for 5mins . With Oven ( bake for 25-30mins in 180 Degree Celsius Pre-Heated Oven)

CRISPY LECHON KAWALI Recipe ♥️♥️🔥

(INGREDIENTS) 💯

1 kilo pork belly (liempo)
1 kutsara asin
1 kutsarita ground black pepper
8 butil ng bawang (pinitpit)
3 dahon ng laurel
4 cups water (dagdagan kapag kulang)
Mantika (for frying)

(PROCEDURE)♨️

1.) Sa isang Malaking kawali o kaserola pagsamahin ang pork belly (pwede na slice na pwede hindi pa). Ilagay na din ang water, asin, paminta, laurel, bawang. Pakuluan ng isang oras hanggang mapalambot na.

2) Alisin na ang pork belly at ilagay sa salaan at patiktikam at hayaan lang matuyo ang water at mahanginan. Tusukin ng tinidor ang pork belly para magkaroon ng mga butas para kapag pinirito na ay mapasok din ang loob ng mantika.

3.) Saka ilagay muna ng 4 hours or mas maganda kung overnight sa Refrigerator na naka chill lang at walang takip. Ang paraang ito ang magpapa Crispy kapag pinirito na ang pork belly.

4) (1st Fry) Kinabukasan Prito na ang Pork belly sa katamtamang apoy sa loob lamang ng 10-15 minuto hanggang maging light brown. Saka alisin muna at itabi ng mga 5 minuto.

5) (2nd Fry) Iprito muli ang Pork belly sa mas malakas ng apoy hanggang maging golden brown na at CRISPY na. Kapag nilagay sa refrigerator at pinalamig hindi na ganun tatalsik ang mantika.

6) Chop muna ang Lechon pork belly sigurado CRISPY at Crunchy talaga ito.
