One of the comments I received when I shared about Riley experiencing sibling jealousy. Ang dali talagang mag-conclude based on one post without knowing the whole story.

What people don’t know is that Riley prayed so hard for a sibling. It wasn’t an easy journey for us, kaya when Ricci finally came, he was truly an answered prayer and a blessing to our family. 🤍 Yes, Riley gets jealous sometimes. And that’s okay. Sibling jealousy can be a normal part of adjusting to a new baby.

It DOES NOT mean she didn’t want her brother. It doesn’t mean she is not happy. Nagkaron lang talaga kami ng phase of jealousy..

She LOVES Ricci so much. 🥹 And as parents, we’re simply learning how to guide her through these BIG FEELINGS while making sure she knows that our love for her never changed.🩷🩷🩷

Sometimes, sharing a struggle doesn’t mean we regret our choices. Sometimes, we’re simply parents asking other parents, “How did you handle this?” 🩷

This is me forcing myself na mag-exercise kahit SOBRANG tinatamad. 😆😅 To the point na nag-shoes lang ako kahit nakapambahay pa! 😂 But you know what? I always feel so much better after. 🤍

6 months postpartum and slowly trying to get back on track. Ang hirap i-balance ang kids, work, family, and finding time for myself.😮‍💨

Just keep trying and showing up, kahit mahirap, kahit tinatamad. No pressure, no rush. Just doing my best. 💪🏻🤍 Let’s go mommies!!!
