Sa kabila ng maaliwalas na panahon, dala ng mga faculty, staff, organizations, departments, class officers, at mga freshmen ang ngiti at sigla habang tinatahak ang mga lansangan para sa selebrasyon ng Quezon Day. IN PHOTOS | Sa isang panibagong yugto ng paglilingkod, pormal na isinagawa ngayong Agosto 17, 2026 ang Turn Over and Oath Taking Ceremony ng mga Local Student Organizations ng Southern Luzon State University – Catanauan Extension para sa Academic Year 2026–2027.

Hudyat ito ng mapayapang pagpapasa ng tungkulin mula sa mga dating lingkod-estudyante tungo sa mga bagong lider na handang magpatuloy sa responsibilidad, serbisyo, at pamumuno. Sa bawat panunumpa, tinatanggap ng mga bagong opisyal hindi lamang ang kanilang posisyon, kundi ang tiwala at pananagutang kaakibat nito.

Opisyal nang sinimulan ni Clare A. Alemania ang kanyang panunungkulan bilang Editor-in-Chief ng The Canislatrans Publication para sa Academic Year 2026–2027.

sa pag-upo sa isang tungkuling may malaking pananagutan, dala niya ang isang malinaw na layunin, ang lumikha ng isang publikasyong nagbibigay puwang sa bawat tinig, naghahatid ng balitang may integridad, at nagsasalaysay ng mga kuwentong tunay na mahalaga sa komunidad ng mga estudyante.

Hindi lamang titulo ang kaniyang tinanggap, kundi isang tiwala, isang responsibilidad, at isang panibagong pagkakataong ipagpatuloy ang layunin ng The Canislatrans.

Sa pagtatapos ng kanyang panunungkulan bilang Editor-in-Chief ng The Canislatrans Publication, A.Y. 2025–2026, buong-pusong nagpapasalamat ang The Canislatrans kay Roy Andrie Cortez sa kanyang pamumuno, dedikasyon, at walang sawang paglilingkod sa publikasyon.

Sa loob ng kanyang panunungkulan, naging bahagi siya ng mga kuwentong isinulat, mga boses na binigyang pansin, at mga gawaing humubog sa publikasyon. Higit sa isang posisyon, ang pagiging Editor-in-Chief ay isang responsibilidad na nangangailangan ng oras, dedikasyon, at malasakit.

| In Photos | On July 27, 2026 The West Philippine Sea Information and Awareness Campaign and IED Awareness Seminar was conducted at the Southern Luzon State University Catanauan Extension- Catanauan Quezon led by the 4th Special Forces "Dolphin Warriors" Batallion.

Sgt. Gamboa tackled about the different IED's ( Improvised Explosive Device) and the things that need's to be done if ever the students see one. Raising the awareness of the SLSU Students for a much more safe environment.

It was followed by 1LT Rivera explaining the AFP's Communication Plan for the West Philippine Sea with the campaign name "MULAT" or "AWAKENED" with the motto "Ating KARAGATAN, Ating KARAPATAN, Ating KINABUKASAN". Imparting the nationalistic mind and heart for every students.
