As of 8:00 AM today, 18 October 2025, Tropical Storm "RAMIL" (Int'l name "FENGSHEN") is still being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Pag-abot san Domingo, ginlalauman nga mag-landfall siya sa Aurora o Quezon Province ngan matabok pakadto sa Northern Luzon. Tungod sini, maglalaom kit sin makusog nga uran sa Northern ngan Central Luzon, pati na sa Southern Luzon ngan Visayas.

May-ada na nakataas nga Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 sa pipira nga lugar, api na an Northern Samar. Pwede pa magbago an dalagan (track) san bagyo; kun humabubo ini, posible nga mag-iba an lugar nga nga aagian ngan kun diin ini maglalandfall.

In reference to DOST PAGASA Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 1 issued by the Philippine Atmospheric Geographical and Astronomical Service Administration (PAG- ASA) at 05:00 AM of 17 October 2025, the Coast Guard Station Northern Samar is 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐕𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐒 for all types of vessels and watercrafts plying routes within the area of responsibility of Eastern portions of Northern Samar (𝐋𝐚𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐠, 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐠, 𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐬, 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲, 𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐠, 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞) due to hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 and the possible effects of inclement weather, moreover reminding all fishing boats passenger motorbancas and other small seacrafts 3 gross tonnage and below in other parts of Northern Samar are advised to take extra precautionary measures and not to venture out at sea to avoid any untoward incidents, in accordance with HPCG Memorandum Circular No. 02-23 entitled “Revised Guidelines on movement of Vessel During Heavy Weather” dated 23 March 2023.

All vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of Tropical Depression “RAMIL”, if deemed affected by the weather disturbance. Voyages will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea conditions.

Furthermore, vessel intending to take shelter shall be permitted, provided it is manifested through a written request and no passengers or cargo will be allowed on board.
