In light of continuous rains and red rainfall warning, classes in both private and public schools, and work in government offices are hereby AGAIN SUSPENDED in Catubig, Northern Samar, today, Nov. 21, 2023, except for those offices directly involved in disaster risk reduction and management, public health, sanitation, and public safety.
