"BIKO"
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice grains
Coconut milk
Sugar cane
Ladek or (toasted coconut cream )

Method:

1. Rinse the glutinous rice grains until the water runs clear. Then cook in a rice cooker or pot. Set aside
2. In a pan, simmer the coconut cream until the coconut oil comes out and the ladek comes into form and make it toasted until turns brown.
3. Add in the sugarcane and cook over low heat until it melts and thicken.
4. Put the cooked glutinous rice into the ladek syrup and stir thoroughly until it is done.
5. Dish up and place onto banana leaf. Slice according to your desired shapes.
6. Best to serve with black coffee ☕
