๐๐„๐–๐’ | Perpetualites Pass August 2026 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination

BS Medical Technology graduates of the University of Perpetual Help System Cauayan (UPHSC) pass the August 2026 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination, posting an 88.89% passing rate among first-time rakers.

The examination was conducted on August 15โ€“16, 2026, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releasing the results on August 25, 2026.

The PRC reported that 4,204 of 5,634 examinees nationwide passed the August 2026 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination.

๐๐„๐–๐’ | Perpetualite Student Leaders Attend Regional Youth Leadership 2026

5 Perpetualite UniFAST Scholars and Student Leaders attend the Regional Youth Leadership: Advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Through Internationalization, Innovation, and Community Action at Lujo Bar and Restaurant, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, on August 19, 2026.

Organized by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office II (CHEDRO II), the activity aims to strengthen youth leadership, promote innovation, and encourage community action toward the SDGs.

The program features plenary sessions, workshops, and panel discussions focusing on global citizenship, internationalization, intercultural collaboration, and community leadership.

The SSC Election 2026 officially opens today, August 19, and will run until Friday, August 21. Students can cast their votes using their mobile phones through the official University Automate.

Students are now encouraged to exercise their right to vote and make their voices count. Election results will be announced soon.

๐๐„๐–๐’ | GAD Unit Holds LGBTQIA+ Consultation on Uniform Policy and Gender Inclusivity

Gender and Development (GAD) Unit of the University of Perpetual Help System Lagunaโ€“Cauayan Campus holds a consultation with the LGBTQIA+ Community on August 17, 2026, at Tindalo Hall to discuss the universityโ€™s uniform policy, gender expression, and inclusivity.

Student Affairs Office dean, Jaycy T. Calagui, with representatives from PRIDE, Peer Counselors Group, the Guidance Office, and the LGBTQIA+ Community, joins the consultation.

Participants discuss concerns and recommendations regarding appropriate school attire and gender expression within the universityโ€™s uniform guidelines.

The consultation also covers the election of PRIDE officers and other concerns of the LGBTQIA+ Community.

๐๐„๐–๐’ | Pharmacy Department Launches GreenRx in San Fermin, Cauayan City

The University of Perpetual Help System Lagunaโ€“Cauayan Campus, Pharmacy Department and its Community Extension Program, launch GreenRx: Growing Health Through Medicinal Plant Education on August 15, 2026, at Purok 8, San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela.

The program promotes the proper cultivation, preparation, and responsible use of medicinal plants through a year-long community initiative. Faculty members, pharmacy students, and community residents participate in the turnover and planting of medicinal plants, as well as a community beautification activity.

GreenRx continues with monthly health education seminars and beautification activities from September 2026 to May 2027, alongside weekly community visits to monitor plant growth and assist residents in maintaining the botanical garden.

Through GreenRx, the Pharmacy Department strengthens its community partnership while promoting health education, environmental responsibility, volunteerism, and meaningful service.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š | The University of Perpetual Help System community gathered for a Eucharistic Celebration on August 6 to commemorate the 24th death anniversary of its founder, Dr. Jose G. Tamayo.

Held in conjunction with the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, the Mass honored Dr. Tamayo's enduring legacy of promoting quality Catholic education and forming individuals committed to faith, service, and excellence. The celebration also served as a reminder for Perpetualites to uphold the University's mission and values through their lives and service.
