1. Vox Populi, Vox Dei---Ang Tinig ng mga Mamamayan ay ang Tinig ng Diyos.
Sa ating kapatiran, ang tinig ng lahat ng Triskelions ay siyang tinig ng Diyos. Tinig ng Diyos sapagkat ito ay uma'ayon sa batas ng tao na nakapaloob sa batas ng lipunan.
2. Salus Populi Est Suprema Lex---The Welfare of the People is the Supreme Law.
Sa ating kapatiran, ang pinakamataas na Batas ay ang ikakagaling o ikakabuti ng lahat ng Triskelions.
3. Ng Pasimula noong October 4, 1968:
We, The Triskelions, In Order to Establish a Lasting Sense of Brotherhood Among Ourselves, To Promote the Moral and Academic Well-Being of the Individual. To Develop the Greatest Sense of Understanding and Respect for Human Dignity, Do Hereby Ordain and Promulgate this Constitution.

Section. 1. This Constitution Shall Established A Fraternity Called The Triskelions' Grand Fraternity Represented by the Greek Letters Tau Gamma Phi.

The Triskelions' Grand Fraternity is My Fraternity, The Supreme Fraternity.

Almighty God, We are now in the crossroad of our Triskelion history and we trust you in your words that you are the way, the truth and the life, please kindly bless this brotherhood and sisterhood of ours, that we may succeed in all of its endeavor, enlighten and strengthen all of us Triskelion for us to use our power of reason in everything we think, say and do, and for us to maintain the highest standard of decision- making for a better and more successful Triskelions' Grand Fraternity and Triskelions' Grand Sorority...
