𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐊𝐔𝐘𝐀𝐍 | Nagsasagawa ang Bacoor National High School- Main ng 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 para sa mga 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 ngayong araw, Hulyo 30, 2025, sa BNHS-Main Audio Visual Room.
Layunin ng naturang programa na patatagin ang pundasyon ng mga bagong g**o at non-teaching personnel sa kaalaman, patakaran, at kasanayang kinakailangan nila upang maging epektibo sa pagtupad ng tungkulin at responsibilidad sa kanilang larangan.
Sa pagbibigay ng mensahe ni Dr. Teodoro A. Gloriani, Punongg**o IV, pinagtuunan niya ng pansin ang mga responsibilidad at trabaho ng mga g**o kalakip ang pagbati at pagtanggap sa mga newly hired school personnel.
"Today marks more than just your first step into our institution, it marks your official entry into a lifelong mission of service, learning, and transformation. You are not here by accident, or by mere coincidence. You are here because we believe in you. We didn't choose you for what you can do today but for the difference we believe you can make tomorrow," ani Dr. Gloriani.
Gayundin, ilan sa mga pagtutuunan ng pansin sa naturang programa ay ang DepEd Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Organizational Structure (Mrs. Andrea M. Celestino, Head Teacher VI), Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel, Office Operations and Administrative Protocols for Non-Teaching Personnel (Mr. John Roger A. Drio II, Administrative Officer IV), Policies on Attendance, Leaves, Benefits, and Compensation (Mr. Ar-jay R. Bardelosa, Administrative Officer I), Professional Standards and Development Opportunities (Mrs. Maricel R. Herrera, Head Teacher III), Curriculum Instruction, and Assessment (Ms. Eva P. Andrion, Head Teacher VI), Child Protection Gender Sensitivity, and Workplace Ethics (Ms. Mary Grace O. Salongcay, Guidance Counselor I), at School Safety, DRRM, and Mental Health in Workplace (Mr. Rod Edmon S. Torreliza, Head Teacher III).
