My version of Braised Pork ribs 🥰
Marinate your pork ribs for 20 mins
1.5 kilo of pork ribs
1tsp black pepper
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp worstershire sauce (optional)
Sauté
2 medium onions
4 cloves of garlic
Add your marinated pork ribs and saute until pork is browned and caramelized
Then add
1 tbsp of Patis
2 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of tomatoe paste
3 tbsp of tomatoe sauce
2 pcs of bay leaf
2 to 3 cups of water
Simmer until pork ribs are tender
enjoy with hot cooked rice yummy 😊
