"Sa Silangan Blankspace, nagiging kwento ang bawat paglalakbay at nagiging kaibigan ang bawat estranghero. Dito, sa yakap ng kalikasan at kabutihan ng mga tao, naaalala natin na sa bawat paglubog ng araw, may bagong simula."

It all started in September 2023, when we discovered a campsite close to home in the South. From the very first time we booked at Sa Silangan—formerly known as The Foreground—we immediately felt the warmth and hospitality of the owners and staff. It quickly became our go-to campsite, a place we always looked forward to returning to.

But Silangan is more than just a campsite. It’s where we’ve met incredible people in the camping community, friends who have become like family to us. Even in the middle of storms, we felt safe and secure in this special place that has become our sanctuary.

We even had the chance to invite our Black Camper friends for a simple campout, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable memories of our lives. I’ve also brought my family here so they could experience the beauty of the place and the kindness of the people of Silangan Blankspace.

Silangan isn’t just a campsite—it’s where stories of true connection and lasting friendships begin. It’s a home in nature, always ready to welcome new memories and bonds.

Today, we mourn the loss of a truly wonderful friend, Anj Tismo from our family, 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑷𝑯

Anj was one of the most jolly and friendly souls we’ve ever met. From the moment we crossed paths, she welcomed us with open arms and treated us not as strangers but as cherished friends. Her warmth, laughter, and kindness lit up every camping trip and left a lasting mark on our hearts.

It’s hard to believe she’s no longer with us, but the memories we shared with her will forever live on. She taught us the true meaning of friendship and showed us how to embrace life with joy and generosity.

Rest in peace, dear Anj. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.♥️

To her family and loved ones, we send our heartfelt condolences and prayers during this difficult time.🙏🏻

We are hosting a fundraising camping event to support our beloved friend, Anj, who is currently facing a significant challenge. After experiencing a severe asthma attack, she is at VRP Hospital and is only partially responsive.

Anj has always been a kind and supportive presence in our lives, consistently giving back to the community. Now, it's our turn to be there for her.
