They sold Joseph as a slave…

Far from his family, he was taken into Egypt and bought by Potiphar, an Egyptian official.

But even as a slave, Joseph worked with excellence.

And Potiphar began to notice something different about him.

Joseph was trusted with greater responsibility, until almost everything in Potiphar’s household was placed under his care.

But then came a temptation.

Potiphar’s wife tried to make Joseph compromise his integrity.

Joseph refused.

He said, “How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?”

But doing the right thing did not immediately make his life easier.

He was falsely accused.

And Joseph was thrown into prison.

From a position of favor… to a prison cell.

It looked like everything was falling apart.

But Genesis 39:21 says:

“But the Lord was with Joseph.”

Joseph lost his freedom…

but he never lost his faithfulness.

Sometimes obedience doesn't lead to an easier road.

Sometimes it leads through a harder one.

But God can still be working in the middle of it.

What would you do if you did the right thing… and still ended up suffering for it?

Joseph chose integrity even when it cost him his freedom.

Genesis 39:21 — “But the Lord was with Joseph.”

Sometimes the hardest chapter isn't the end of the story. 🙏

What lesson do you take from Joseph's story?

EPISODE 2: THE SLAVE WHO FOUND FAVOR | Joseph — Genesis 39

They sold Joseph as a slave.

He lost his family.
He lost his freedom.
And when he chose integrity over temptation, he still ended up in prison.

But Joseph never lost what mattered most:

His faithfulness to God.

Genesis 39 reminds us that doing the right thing doesn't always produce immediate rewards.

Sometimes you can do everything right and still find yourself in a difficult season.

But difficult circumstances don't mean God has abandoned you.

“But the Lord was with Joseph.” — Genesis 39:21

Your current situation may not be the end of your story.

Keep your integrity.
Keep your faith.
Keep going.

Because God can still be working—even when you can't see it yet.

Imagine being betrayed… by your own brothers.

Joseph was the beloved son of Jacob. His father loved him deeply, and Joseph was given a special robe.

But his brothers became jealous.

Joseph also shared dreams that seemed to show that one day his family would bow before him.

His brothers hated him for it.

One day, Jacob sent Joseph to check on them.

When they saw Joseph approaching, they didn't see their brother anymore.

They saw the person they resented.

They grabbed him… took his robe… and threw him into a pit.

Then Judah said something that would change Joseph's life forever.

Instead of killing him, they decided to sell him to passing traders.

And just like that…

Joseph was taken away from his family and sold into slavery.

He had no idea what would happen next.

But this wasn't the end of Joseph's story.

It was only the beginning.

Genesis 37.

EPISODE 1: 📖 Genesis 37:1–36: THEY SOLD THEIR OWN BROTHER

Sometimes the people who hurt you the most… are the people you never expected to hurt you.

Joseph was betrayed by his own brothers, thrown into a pit, and sold as a slave.

From the outside, it looked like his life was over.

But God was not finished with his story.

What looked like the end… was actually the beginning of something much bigger.

📖 Genesis 37:1–36

Don't judge your story by the chapter you're currently in.

If you're going through something painful right now, remember:
