Here's my answer Good job sa lahat..
1. Unpurified/Dirty oil inlet from F.O. Settling tank or Sump tank
2.Cleaned/Purified outlet
3. Sealing Water Inlet - Use to seal off oil to prevent leaking. It is injected inside after the bowl has been closed. When oil enters a boundary of oil/water is created (Interface). Interface location is determined by the inside diameter of the gravity disc.
4. Separated Water or heavy liquid outlet leading to the sludge tank
5. Sludge outlet pipe leading to the Sludge tk where peep hole /peep or inspection hole (silipan) is located.

Bagong palit na po dol ang valve plug pati rectagular ring napalitan na rin nmin kahit kakapalit lng nakaraan pero ganun parin ang alarma minsan lalabas pa yong alarma na discharge pressure feed back error chineck na rin namin yong PT5 baka stock OK naman. Yong regulator Ok nman chief working nman.

Na observe ko lang sa kanya is pag start nya ok naman walang leaking PT4 goods naman ang pressure pero before or after nya mag discharge lalabas na yong PT4 low or discharge feed back error anu kaya ang root of cause Sir. Wala na kasi ako makita sa manual sinunud ko na wala pa rin.

High sulfur po pala gamit nmin ngaun na fuel

Salamat po sana mapansin mo chief kahit bz ka urgent lang tlga chief.

Goood day chief yoi! Pa ask lang ako regarding Alfa laval HFO purifier baka my naka encounter. Purifier is running smoothly and parameters are within range. But the problem is that, during discharge, I noticed that the RPM is not decreasing. Even the setpoint is -300 at mag titrigger nalang sya ng "Discharge feedback error" dahil dun. Ano po kaya possible cause?

Possible dn na during discharge, bowl is not opening po?

And isa pa po, 2 weeks lang tinatakbo ng purifier namin at alarma na naman yung SLUDGE in bowl as if di nailalabas during discharge.

And also wala talagang any alarm na lumalabas indicating na my problem. Kaya thru visual at hearing nalang ung pagka notice ko.

Sa pagbabarko hindi ko naranasang mamilit na makauwi kahit tapos na ang kontrata. Dahil sabi nga, looking for a suitable reliever, inconvenient ang Port etc. Okay lang yan.

Never din akong tumanggi sa pakiusap ng Company na sakyan mo to dahil Urgent. Kaya madalas akong nakakasampa ng December okay lang yan.

Medyo matagal na rin ako sa barko kaya naisip ko rin na deserved din naman na Business Class dahil sa totoo lang Fist time to.

Nagkataon naman na Business Class din tong napulot kong ticket. 😄
