Mangayo kog pasaylo sa mga nag PM nku diri nga page nga mangayo ug tabang, pasensya kaayo ninyo tanan, wala jd intawn koy matabang sa pagkakaron, daghan2 ni ug followers nga page pero, wala pa intawn ni nag income nga page kay gidimalas ni sa niaging katuigan, mao nga wala mpy makita nga mga post ug videos diri. Makasabot man ko nga badly needed jd ninyo ang tabang, pero sa pagkakaron, PAG AMPO ra jd intawn akong mahimo nga unta ma okay na ang tanan ug nga makabangon tang tanan human ani nga mga katalagman nga nahitabo sa atong kinabuhi.. Bacalso Avenue are no longer permitted to stop for passengers between the Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT) and the Bulacao Bridge. This measure applies to southbound buses entering the city and is intended to reduce congestion, with violators facing potential confiscation of their driver's permits. Passengers who previously alighted in these areas must now disembark at the CSBT or designated stops further into the city.
Key Details:
The "Discipline Zone": This enforcement program covers the southern corridor from the CSBT to the Bulacao Bridge on N. Bacalso Avenue.
Scope of Enforcement: The no-stopping rule primarily affects southbound buses entering the city, not those leaving.
Purpose: The objective is to alleviate traffic congestion caused by roadside loading and unloading of passengers.
Enforcement: The CCTO, in coordination with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), is strictly enforcing the rule.
Consequences: Drivers caught violating the rule risk having their temporary operator's permits confiscated until fines are paid.
