GBR Writersweb Publishing is a growing publishing company, and we are currently seeking for a Bookkeeper/Liaison Staff to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Provide support in managing payable and receivable accounts; and maintain and analyze general ledger and financial data.
Assist the Human Resource and Accounting Department to tasks related to job description.
Provide support to ongoing projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status updates relevant to the business operations and government operations. Ensure that project-related information is properly documented and shared.
Process and verify invoices, and reconcile bank statements and transactions (such as bills and tax remittances)
Act as a central point of contact for all communication between the management, departments, government offices, and employees. Ensure that information is accurately shared and understood by all parties involved.
Act as a support to field works in relation to the management business affair and transaction outside the office such as processing government permits (Mayor's Permit, Sanitary, Fire, OBO and others) and renewals.
Implement confidentiality as to the information relay to you between the management and government transactions.
Acts as liaison officer to process BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH & PAG IBIG
