A Reflection:

Communion with the Lord is not just confined in the four corners of our worship hall. We can make it a habit to talk to our Abba Father when we are driving, in between breaks at work, being with our classmates, making business deals, and so on. God wants to be involved in every aspect of our life, not just on Sundays.

Taking care of your well-being is pleasing to the Lord because it is an act of stewardship, worship, and preparation for service. Rather than being selfish, maintaining your physical, mental, and emotional health honors God by treating your body as a "temple of the Holy Spirit".

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 states that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that you are not your own, but bought at a price. Taking care of your health is a form of respectful stewardship of the body God crafted for you.

So how will you care for yourself today? 🙂

Even in small acts, we can let Christ shine through us.

Being composed in the midst of stressful deadlines, showing up on time for work, speaking calmly under pressure, and taking care of customers are ways for us to manifest who Christ is.

Doing excellence in simple acts is not minuscule in the Kingdom of God.
