Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps 🫔
Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside—these cheesy garlic chicken wraps are a quick, comforting meal that delivers big flavor in every bite.

🛒 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large flour tortillas

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: ¼ cup ranch or Caesar dressing for extra flavor

👨‍🍳 Directions
1. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

2. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay each tortilla flat on a work surface.
On one half of each tortilla, layer:

A mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan

A scoop of shredded chicken

A drizzle of ranch or Caesar dressing (if using)

Fold each tortilla in half to seal.

3. Cook the Wraps:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Brush the outside of each wrap with the garlic butter—start with one side.
Place buttered-side-down in the hot skillet, then brush the top side.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp, and cheese is melted.

4. Serve:
Cut each wrap in half and serve warm with extra garlic butter, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

(MGA SANGKAP) 🔥

1 Kilo Galunggong (nilinis at nahugasan na)
1 cup soy sauce (adjust ayon sa panlasa)
1/2 water
3 tbsp vinegar
1 thumbs Pinitpit na Luya
10 piraso Pinitpit na bawang
6 piraso sibuyas na p**a o puti (hiniwa na)
Pamintang durog (to taste)
Konting mantika
Sili (optional)

(PARAAN NG PAGLUTO) ♨️

1) Sa isang kawali or kaserola ilagay muna ang mga sibuyas, bawang, luya.

2) Saka ibabaw ang mga galunggong. Para di malusak ang adobong galunggong mas nauna ang mga sangkap nilalagay.

3) ibuhos na ang toyo, water saka timpalahan ng pamintang durog. Saka lutuin at pakuluan ng 8-10minuto sa mahinang apoy lang.

4) Kapag kumulo na at medyo malambot na ang galunggong ibuhos na ang vinegar. At lutuin pa ng 1-2 minuto. Saka lagyan ngkonting mantika at siling green kung gusto mo.

Mas maraming bawang at Sibuyas mas mapapasarap ang kain with mainit na kanin 😋

1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut), cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving:
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Optional: steamed rice, garlic bread, or roasted vegetables
Instructions:
For the Steak:
Season the Steak: In a bowl, toss the steak strips with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until the steak is evenly coated.

Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side, until they are cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

For the Shrimp:
Season the Shrimp: In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley or chives (optional)

Sides:

1 bunch of asparagus

2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared your favorite way)

Olive oil, salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Season and Cook Salmon:
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Rub it onto salmon. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high and sear salmon 4-5 minutes per side.

2. Cook Shrimp and Make Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side. Add cream and Parmesan, cook until thickened. Return shrimp to pan.

3. Roast Asparagus:

9 oz cheese-filled ravioli (frozen or fresh)
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Directions


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a baking dish.
2. Spread a cozy layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of the dish.
3. Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan right over the ravioli.
5. Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce on top, then dust it with Italian seasoning, a pinch of salt, and a little pepper.
6. Now add the rest of the ravioli, followed by the remaining sauce and both cheeses. Don’t worry about making it perfect—just spread the deliciousness evenly.

Boiled potatoes, chopped

Boiled moong beans or sprouts (optional)

Fresh coriander leaves

Colored yogurt (see below)

Rock salt, chaat masala, cumin powder

For Colored Yogurt:

Curd (thick) – 1 cup, whisked

Natural colorants:

Yellow: Turmeric (a pinch)

Pink: Beetroot juice

Green: Spinach juice

Purple: Blueberry juice or food-grade color

Sugar – to taste

Salt – to taste

Instructions:

1. Divide yogurt into separate bowls. Mix each with a different color.

2. Add sugar and salt to each bowl to balance flavor.

3. Crack open puris gently.

4. Stuff with potato, sprouts, and a little salt, chaat masala.

5. Add a spoon of colored yogurt into each puri.

6. Garnish with sev and coriander.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1½ lbs baby potatoes (red and/or yellow), halved

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

4 tbsp olive oil (divided)

½ cup chicken broth or stock

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Sear the Chicken
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prep the Potatoes
In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Assemble in Baking Dish
Place seared chicken in a baking dish. Arrange potatoes around the chicken.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over low heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in lemon juice and chicken broth.

Add Sauce & Roast
Pour the garlic-butter mixture evenly over chicken and potatoes.
Roast in preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally and potatoes are fork-tender.

Garnish & Serve
Remove from oven. Spoon pan juices over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
