This vibrant dish features succulent shrimp, crisp-tender asparagus, and earthy mushrooms, all coated in a savory sauce. It's quick, easy, and perfect for a healthy weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with a pinch of salt, white pepper, and a teaspoon of cooking oil. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. Blanch Asparagus: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the asparagus for 1-2 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and white pepper. Mix well and set aside.

4. Stir-Fry: Heat the remaining cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Cook Shrimp: Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and are almost cooked through.
6. Add Vegetables: Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.

Ingredients;

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced (optional)

Stir Fry Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium if preferred)

1/4 cup beef broth or water

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)

1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: Season sliced steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak in batches to avoid overcrowding, cooking each batch for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining oil. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Make the Stir Fry Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, oyster sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, black pepper, and sesame oil (if using) until well combined.

🔶️ Ingredients:
☑️ 2 lbs lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
☑️ Salt & black pepper, to taste
☑️ 2 tbsp olive oil
☑️ 1 large onion, chopped
☑️ 3 garlic cloves, minced
☑️ 2 carrots, sliced
☑️ 2 celery stalks, chopped
☑️ 1 red bell pepper, chopped
☑️ 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
☑️ 2 tbsp tomato paste
☑️ 1 cup beef or lamb broth
☑️ ½ cup dry red wine (optional)
☑️ 1 tsp ground cumin
☑️ 1 tsp dried oregano
☑️ ½ tsp cinnamon
☑️ 2 bay leaves
☑️ ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
☑️ 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
☑️ 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
☑️ Juice of 1 lemon

🔷️ Directions:
1️⃣ Season & Brown the Lamb
➖️ Season lamb chunks generously with salt and pepper.
➖️ In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, warm olive oil. Brown lamb in batches until golden. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
➖️ In the same pot, add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened (about 5 min).

3️⃣ Build the Flavor Base
➖️ Stir in tomato paste, cook 1 min.
➖️ Add diced tomatoes, broth, red wine (if using), cumin, oregano, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Mix well.

4️⃣ Slow Simmer
➖️ Return lamb to the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook on low for 1.5–2 hours until fork-tender.

5️⃣ Fresh Herbs & Finish
➖️ Stir in parsley, thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice. Simmer uncovered 10 min to meld flavors.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

INGREDIENTS:🧑‍🍳
1 buong manok
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup toyo (soy sauce)
1 teaspoon paminta (pepper)
Mantika pamprito(coconut oil)
1 medium onion
5 butil ng bawang
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Asin at kaunting asukal pampalasa
1 can pineapple slices or pineapple chunks

PROCEDURE:
1. Sa isang bowl, mix ang pineapple juice, toyo, at paminta. Saka ilubog ang manok at i-marinade for at least 1 hour.

2. Magpainit ng mantika. alisin ang manok sa marinade at iprito ito ng bahagya. Bali-baliktarin para mabrown ang lahat ng sides.
Pag brown na, set aside.

3. Saka igisa ang sibuyas at bawang. Ibalik ang manok saka ilagay ang marinade o yung pinagbabaran ng manok. llagay na rin ang oyster sauce. Pakuluin at lutuin ito ng 40 to 50 minutes gamit ang medium heat. Bali-baliktarin habang niluluto para pantay ang pagkaluto niya.

5. After 45 minutes, tikman ang sauce. Lagyan ng kaunting asin at asukal depende sa panlasa mo. Saka ilagay na ang pineapple rings or chunks. Lutuin pa ng ilang minuto habang binubuhusan ng sauce (basting) ang manok para maganda at pantay ang kulay. Pag malapot na ang sauce, okay na ito.

- 2 lbs (900g) beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb pearl onions or small shallots, peeled
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
1. Turn the Instant Pot to Sauté mode or pressure cooker and heat the olive oil. Add the beef cubes in batches and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
2. Add the chopped onion and pearl onions to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, red wine vinegar, cinnamon, oregano, allspice, and bay leaf. Mix well to combine.
4. Return the beef to the pot and pour in the beef broth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Close the lid, set the valve to Sealing, and pressure cook on High for 35 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
6. Open the lid, stir the stifado, and taste for seasoning. Discard the bay leaf.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, over rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.

Ingredients:
250 grams miki noodles (fresh egg noodles)
8 cups water
2 beef broth cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:
boiled eggs
cabbage
spring onion
toasted minced garlic

Procedure:
1. Soak the fresh miki noodles in hot water for 3 minutes. Rinse and drain.
2. In a large pot, add water then bring to a boil. Then add soy sauce, beef cubes, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil for a few minutes.
3. In a serving bowl, add miki noodles and soup.
4. Add boiled egg, spring onion, cabbage and toasted garlic on top.
5. Serve with calamansi and chili garlic oil.

Ingredients;
- Porkchops
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- White wine vinegar
- Pepper
- Brown sugar
- Cornstarch

** Marinade pork chops with soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, white wine vinegar, pepper, and onions for about 30mins.
** Fry pork chops until they’re brown and set aside (save left sauce)
** Sauté onions & mushrooms (set aside)
** Toss back fried pork chops in the pan, add water and the left sauce.
** Wait until they’re tender, then you can add the slurry, soy sauce, pepper, & brown sugar (adjust according to your taste)
** Toss back the sautéed onions and mushrooms 🍄

Recipe🧑‍🍳One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients:
12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Salt and
pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking if needed).

Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak on all sides until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 3 tosp butter and garlic. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in cream and Parmesan. Let simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes if using.

Add the cooked ravioli and steak back into the skillet. Toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
